Anatoli Ivanishin, Kate Rubins and Takuya Onishi returned from 115 days orbiting the Earth on Saturday (Oct. 29), landing on Russia’s Soyuz MS-01 spacecraft on the steppe of Kazakhstan. The Expedition 49 crew members worked on board the International Space Station, maintaining the orbiting outpost and contributing to experiments, including the first DNA sequencing in space.
