In Psychological Operations, even the Dead may talk...

As both the American and British Regimes ramp up the terror threat in order to silence dissent amongst the people due to potentially rigged elections and Austerity Measures, there appears to be an interesting development in that the CIA are resurrecting their favourite undead bogeyman, Osama bin Laden.

The Rob Zombie of terrorist poster boys has apparently released another tape, just in time for the November Elections in the USA and the tightening of Austerity Measures in the UK.

Those of you who have been following my site for some time will remember me cross-posting an article entitled “Gordon Duff: CIA Hints, bin Laden Dead Since ‘Early 2000′s’ ” – some of which I have used as source material for the first part of my Nineteen Eighty-Four Redux series of essays.

The fact is, Osama bin Laden has been dead since the 15th of December 2001 and was buried in the family plot in Saudi Arabia the very next day. The CIA knows this fact because it was them who shipped out his body on a USAF Hercules. Osama bin Laden died of something as mundane as kidney failure, and was not assassinated like Benazir Bhutto believed shortly before she, in turn, was assassinated upon her return to Pakistan:

So what about all those tapes that have purportedly come from Osama / Usama bin Laden? The CIA has already confessed that most of them were faked by them in order to further ramp up the terror threat.

So now we know that this new tape purportedly released by Osama bin Laden is fake, let us dissect the Main Stream Media pieces in the British newspapers today:

The British newspaper that has been most co-opted into this Psychological Operation today is The Independent. This surprises me, as I would have expected The Guardian to be the number one suspect. Never-the-less, the main hit piece is from The Independent.

“Bin Laden criticises relief efforts in Pakistan“

The authenticity of the tape and its precise release date could not be immediately confirmed. However, bin Laden congratulates Muslims on the holy month of Ramadan, which started on Aug. 11 and ended Sept. 9.

He describes the fate of the Pakistani people following catastrophic floods, saying: “Millions of children are out in the open air, lacking basic elements of living, including drinking water, resulting in their bodies shedding liquids and subsequently their death.”

Bin Laden also touches on global warming, the second time he is believed to have made climate change a prominent theme of one of his statements.

“The huge climate change is affecting our (Islamic) nation and is causing great catastrophes throughout the Islamic world,” he says in the tape.

“It is not sufficient anymore to maintain the same relief efforts as previously, as it has become crucial to deliver tents, food and medicine.”

Islamic charities, some with suspected ties to militant groups, were quicker than the Pakistani government to provide relief to flood victims.

Pakistani and U.S. officials have repeatedly expressed concern that the Taliban and other militant groups could exploit the disarray to gain recruits.

Bin Laden urges a “huge transformation” in how relief work is executed, calling the number of victims of climate change much bigger than the victims of war.

He blames countries in the region for setting aside a “huge part” of their budgets to finance armies without having any impact on the Palestinian cause.

“Spending is nowhere in comparison to what is being spent on those armies,” he says.

At least The Independent admits that the veracity of the tape could not be verified at this time, which is their way of getting off the hook for deliberate disinformation once it is revealed to be another fake. Nice try, but it doesn’t wash.

One thing that really surprises me is how green Osama bin Laden has become of late. This is not only due to his continual decomposition, but also to his sudden interest in environmental issues. Since when do terrorist masterminds (if he ever was such a thing) care about issues like the environment?

Andreas Baader, of the Red Army Faction / Baader Meinhof Gang, did not ever stray into environmentalism on the few times he ever got to speak to the press. No, he was concerned with getting former Nazi Party members out of the West German government, preferably by assassination. And his group was moderately successful at it as well.

So why on earth is “Osama bin Laden” talking about green issues? It’s not in the usual remit for an Islamic terrorist mastermind.

Then we have him going on about the Pakistani floods. Since when do terrorist masterminds care about people, when most would consider them as merely sheep for the slaughter?

This is a pure disinformation piece passed through Reuters by the CIA, and it’s only value is to make people believe that he is still alive and “out there somewhere” waiting to attack them again.

This brings me on to the next piece in today’s newspapers concerning Osama bin Laden.

As you may already know, the British Establishment and the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship have both been ramping up the terror threat for a Mumbai-style operation in either the UK, France, or Germany. Today’s Telegraph has a piece entitled “Osama bin Laden ‘behind plot to attack European cities’ “. Within the article is a whole host of disinformation and scaremongering:

“Several months ago, bin Laden sent a directive to al-Qaeda affiliates and partners that he wanted a Mumbai-style attack on at least three European countries – the United Kingdom, Germany and France – the US National Public Radio said, citing intelligence officials.

Gunmen had planned to fire on crowds at busy European tourist sites and take over hotels in a plot that would mark a new style of attack for al-Qaeda, although details of the plans remain unclear for now. The United States may also have been in bin Laden’s sights.”

Again, for a dead man, Osama bin Laden seems to be particularly active right now, issuing directives to disparate groups of militants whose only connection to al-Qaeda is the fact that they have all been conveniently lumped together by the security services into one faction.

For example, one cannot believe for one moment that al-Shabaab in Somalia would be concerned with attacking European targets when they have not even gained a foothold outside of Somalia, and are still consolidating their gains there. Meanwhile, the “Nigerian wing” of al-Qaeda are too busy fighting the corrupt government and Petrochemical Robber Barons to even contemplate actions outside of Nigeria. One has to surmise that neither group is in communication with the other unless it is facilitated by an outside agent.

Osama bin Laden cannot do it as he is busily pushing up daisies, so one can suppose that it is left up to the CIA to do it. They really get all the rubbish jobs in international terrorism. It was, after all, the CIA who commissioned and enabled the Mumbai attacks in the first place. We know this because the one person arrested in relation to this False Flag Terrorism Event turned out to be a known CIA / ISI Operative.

What interesting times we live in…

Meanwhile, the Telegraph goes on to mention exactly how this piece of information was gleaned:

” ‘We know that Osama bin Laden issued the directive,’ an unnamed official familiar with intelligence surrounding the plot said.

‘And if he issued the directive, we just don’t believe that the US wouldn’t be on his shortlist of strategic targets. It has to be.’

The public radio station said initial intelligence came from Ahmad Siddiqui, a German national currently held at the US-run Bagram Air Base in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Siddiqui is said to have known Mohamed Atta, one of the alleged hijackers in the September 11, 2001 attacks, and to have worshipped at the same mosque in Germany.”

So not only do these directives come from an undead CIA Asset, but the information comes from a source which in all likelihood gave up this information during torture. Not only is torture morally reprehensible, but it is also the most unreliable method with which to get an honest confession. You can be made to say anything to get the torture to stop, including a confession of witchcraft.

Equally, there are no checks and balances to verify the actual event of the confession, so those who are held incommunicado at Bagram Airbase in Kabul can be used to say anything whether they actually said it during interrogation (torture) or not. This is a perfect means of disinformation.

The primary motivation for such nefarious disinformation, as noted at the top of the article, is to cause fear in the general populace. The secondary motivation could be a Psychological Operation to prepare the populace for an actual False Flag Terrorism Event like the 7/7 London Bombings.
