Continuity of Government: How and why the United Kingdom is becoming a Police State

This is probably going to be the hardest article I have ever had to write. The piece I wrote yesterday about America falling into Hot Tyranny was hard enough to write, even though it was from the outside looking in, but it is even harder when you have to write about your own country falling into Hot Tyranny. It is a shock to the system to realise that everything that has been planned and put into place in the United States has also been implemented here, only, our Criminal Government is a lot better at hiding their plans from Joe Bloggs than the American Administration.

They’re better at hiding things than the American government, but not good enough to keep it completely secret, as this post will demonstrate. The information I present here has been secretly brought to my attention by many true British Patriots, some of them risking arrest in getting it, and I am grateful for their efforts. I, too, may be arrested for putting this Intelligence out there, but the time for being silent about the Police State being erected all around us is long gone:

Firstly, I need to bring your attention to European and NATO-wide Continuity of Government plans. Any American Patriots reading this will know all about Rex 84 and the Continuity of Government (CoG) plans made by the American Administration, but what is not commonly known is that the Treasonous United Kingdom Government also have very similar plans in place.

The Defence Contribution to Resilience document is only the beginning of the CoG plans laid out in the event of Civil Disobedience or Civil War, but in it you will find links to all the other documents within the appendices. I had to file a Freedom of Information Act Request to get my mitts on it, and many questions within the FOIR were not answered – the Ministry of Defence deliberately played dumb even though I was using the strictest military terms in describing what I was talking about. If they cannot openly lie, they obfuscate.

Those who believe that the Government would never use the military against us had better take note of recent developments in Maidstone and Medway – The Provost Military Police from 36 Royal Engineers Regiment will be patrolling the streets with the Civilian Police in order to acclimatise us all to a Military Police presence on British streets. It is being piloted in Garrison towns (towns with army barracks within), but later it will be rolled out throughout the United Kingdom. This is to get the United Kingdom ready for Martial Law.

Northern Ireland is already used to seeing armed soldiers on her streets due to the Northern Irish Troubles. What most people do not know is that this was a Forty Year False Flag Terrorism Operation perpetrated against us by our own government. MI6 ran the Provisional Council of the Irish Republican Army (PIRA) and INLA while MI5 ran the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF), Ulster Defence Association (UDA) and Ulster Freedom Force (UFF). Martin McGuinness of Sinn Fein, formerly of the PIRA Londonderry Bogside Brigade and PIRA Quartermaster, is also a confirmed MI6 Operative. We also suspect that Gerry Adams is an MI6 Operative as well. The PIRA splinter group, the Real IRA, is currently being run by MI5. MI6 is too busy putting questions to torture victims to be running a Northern Irish paramilitary group.

Upon finding out that the Military Police are about to be patrolling our streets, I wrote An Open Letter to Serving British Military Personnel laying out exactly why they were being ordered to police civilians, and linking it all back to the American CoG plans. I hope and pray that enough read it and fully understand it to make a difference. Only time will tell.

And I am not even scratching the surface of what I have to tell you. I could get killed for this.

In an earlier Freedom of Information Act request, I asked for details about 15 RAF bases that have been flagged up by British and American Patriots as Mass Detention Centres in a CoG situation. This FOIR seems to have got lost in the system, but it has been picked up by someone in the MoD and I should get an answer from them shortly, although I suspect that it will be a flat denial or another obfuscation. I will repeat these sites here for your benefit:

• RAF Alconbury – Cambridgeshire (Joint Analysis Centre)
• RAF Molesworth – Cambridgeshire (JAC with Alconbury)
• RAF Brize Norton – Gloucestershire
• RAF Fairford – Gloucestershire
• RAF Driffield – East Yorkshire
• RAF Feltwell – Norfolk
• RAF Greenham Common – Berkshire
• RAF Hemswell – Wakefield
• RAF Lakenheath – (US Base) Suffolk
• RAF Mildenhall – (US Base) Suffolk
• RAF Marham – Lincolnshire
• RAF North Luffenham – Rutland
• RAF Upper Heyford – Oxfordshire
• RAF Fylingdales Moor – North Yorkshire
• Holy Loch – Dunoon Argyll Scotland

From what I have been able to gather from my sources, there has been suspicious building work done at these sites, although I am yet to gain exact details. Having a lack of personal transport means that I just can’t drop everything and go to these sites with digital cameras and camcorders to document what is there. At least this saves me from possible arrest under the phoney Terrorism Act. This is where I do need the help of other British Patriots – anyone with camcorders and cameras who can check these sites out are welcome to do so, though they will do so at their own risk.

Also, in the United States, they have now got turning sports stadia into emergency mass detention centres down to a fine art (they had to after Hurricane Katrina), as well as having built secret holding cells within many US Postal Service distribution centres. All the better to weed out political dissidents with. It is no stretch of the imagination to assume that the UK CoG plans have something similar in mind, as the UK Military has been training in the USA with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.

Also, a couple of weeks ago I discovered that there are several secretive SOCA sites scattered all over the United Kingdom that are somewhat reminiscent of US Fusion Centres. More information on these Fusion Centres can be found here, here, and here. Again, I have submitted an FOIR on these secretive SOCA sites, but I don’t expect an honest answer any time soon. For your convenience, here is a list of the locations that we know about:

• SOCA HQ is in Vauxhall between the MI5 and MI6 Headquarters at Spring Gardens, Citadel Place, Tinworth Street.
• There is a hidden facility at Templefields House in River Way, Harlow.
• SOCA Biometric Lab at Unit 3, Drayton Manor Business Park in Tamworth.
• Darwin House at Birchwood Park, Risley near Warrington, Cheshire.
• Building F5 within Culham Science Park near Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
• LGC have also set up a SOCA forensic lab at the new National Firearms Centre within the Royal Armouries in Leeds.
• Portishead Down HQ of Avon and Somerset Police Force.
• SOCA Units 3/4, Unison Business Park on Robson Avenue, Trafford Park, Manchester.
• Angerstein Centre, Bramshot Avenue in Charlton, south east London.
• Bilton Centre, off Walmgate Road in Perivale, Middlesex.

We believe that these are the UK version of Fusion Centres, and are multi-agency sites buried within key locations to keep an eye on political dissidents. We believe that they are also used by MI5, MI6, MI10 (not as defunct as Wikipedia claims), GCHQ, the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), SOCA, Europol, the SPSA, and several other agencies in order to spy on the British People.

Meanwhile, the Head of SOCA, Sir Ian Andrews, is a Common Purpose Graduate. It is really nice to know that the head of a major part of the Orwellian Police State has been trained to subvert authority by that fifth column group.

These UK Fusion Centres and Mass Detention Centres could easily make use of Fixated Threat Assessment Centres to imprison anyone without any judicial oversight at all. We are more than a little wary of the Police State using this and other methods to deal with their Political Prisoners and Dissidents.

We already know about Operation Echelon (PDF), the GCHQ Bude listening centre in Morwenstow, North Wales that sends all American telecommunications data to the National Security Agency in Washington DC, and the NSA listening centre at RAF Menwith Hill, North Yorkshire, which in turn sends all European telecommunications data to GCHQ in London. This is how both GCHQ and the NSA get around laws prohibiting our governments secretly wire-tapping citizens without warrants. The British government does it for the American government and vise versa.

This will all be made redundant with the European Union’s INDECT Project, as well as other plans to store logs of every last email sent, phone call, and URL visited by citizens. This ties in with Operation Echelon (PDF) and Indect Deliverable 4 2009 (PDF) spying protocols for internet social media. Then you have DEMOS suggesting that the SIS uses Cointelpro methods against the Patriots. It is really nice how the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship will be spying upon all its unwilling citizens… not.

Then you have all the other Police State monitoring of British Citizens to contend with – this is going to get really dry and boring, but I must lay it out cold again as there have been quite a few new developments in the technologies that the Police and other agencies now have at their disposal. Also, too many people are in denial of the Orwellian Police State being erected all around them. We really need to disabuse these people of this notion, and fast.

SOCA have put out a tender for airborne platforms that could be used to gather intelligence. These UAV’s (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) are small radio controlled gyro-copters fitted with High Definition video cameras and parabolic microphones. Various other police forces and government agencies are also acquiring this technology. The following video is of a German-made prototype, but it gives you a fair idea of what we are talking about here:

Then in addition to all the full body scanners that UK passengers have to go through at airports (we have no opt out here – if you refuse to go through them, you don’t fly), they are also testing new retinal tracking technology at Manchester Airport. Nice to know that they are keeping us save from Muslim Extremists that they paid for and trained themselves. Meanwhile, various other police forces are getting new mobile traffic cameras that can see a heck of a lot more than the old stationary ones could. I wonder what biometric technologies are hidden within them?

Then you have the local councils using Smart Cars with CCTV cameras mounted on top, ostensibly for collecting car parking fines. I did a FOIR to Medway Council requesting all the user manuals and technical specifications for these CCTV platforms, which they sent to me in one big lump. They did not have parabolic microphones fitted to them, but there is room to upgrade them with such things if desired. It would be quite simple to add mobile internet to the system and include facial recognition technology as well. We already know that these two technologies are being added to CCTV systems nation wide as they are upgraded to High Definition. It is part of a Europe wide plan to add facial recognition technology and parabolic microphones to all CCTV systems.

I can go on ad nauseum about these new technologies being arrayed against us, but I think that is enough for you to get the point. The Orwellian Police State Control Grid has been built around us, and it is not for our protection from men in caves, but to protect the criminals in Parliament and the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship from us.

Now onto the true nature of the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship, or the Fourth Reich as I prefer to call it. No need to be coy about the European Union’s Nazi past and present – all six EU Treaties matches perfectly with the plan for an European Economic Community as laid out by the Nazis in Europaische WirtschaftsGemeinschaft (zipped RTF and PDF). This is an objective historical lesson on never allowing Nazis to slip back into society after defeat, as they will infiltrate all sectors of society for their own ends, but we now have more pressing matters to deal with.

With the UK Fusion Centres already being set up, as listed above, the task of the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship’s secret police, Europol, has been made infinitely easier. Can anyone say Gestapo? Stasi? You get the general picture. It has come to our attention that British Citizens can be spied upon by foreign police forces and arrested for things that are not even a crime within the United Kingdom. These foreign police officers can collect DNA samples, telecommunications data (courtesy of the NSA and GCHQ) and enact European Arrest Warrants without much judicial oversight here. Naturally, Europol can do the same things, but they have even more powers than the other European police forces. I could even get arrested for portraying Herr Rompuy as Emperor Palpatine:

This is the Police State that the United Kingdom is becoming, and we British had better wake the hell up fast and smell the coffee if we are to defeat it.

What I am going to say next might seem alarmist to some, but with what I have already laid out for you in this article, it would not be too far a stretch of the imagination for anyone who has studied history to any great degree. The government has just announced today that they are investing over £8 Billion in the railway system.

Now what other leader who came into power during a depression did the same?

That’s right, Adolf Hitler. And do you remember what he did with his brand spanking new railway system? Here are some visual clues:

The Globalist Elites really want to kill 6.3 BILLION of us – the Nazi Holocaust, the Soviet Genocide, the Chinese Genocide: these were all just beta tests for the real thing. You also have Cambodia, Rwanda, and the Armenian Genocide. The Globalist Elites have been getting a lot of practice in killing vast amounts of people over the past one hundred or so years.
