Major Police State Escalation! Pentagon To Deploy Huge Blimps Over Washington, DC For 360-Degree Surveillance (Video)

A pair of high-tech Army blimps is coming to the greater Washington, DC area, and soon they will be able to provide the military with surveillance powers that spans hundreds of millions of acres from North Carolina to Niagara Falls, Canada.

The airships are part of Raytheon’s Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System, or JLENS, and when all is said and done they’ll offer the United States military what the defense contractor calls “an affordable elevated, persistent over-the-horizon sensor system” that relies on “a powerful integrated radar system to detect, track and target a variety of threats.”

Raytheon has just wrapped up a six-week testing period in the state of Utah and is now sending its JLENS fleet to the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. Once there, the Army intends to get some hands-on experience that will eventually culminate in launching the pair of airships over Washington, DC.

Its like the civil war meets 1984.   In the civil war, they used huge blimps as observation posts to spy on confederate movements and such.  These however are not your average blimps.  These are ’1984′ blimps, they can see for 320 miles in any direction.  This is a major escalation by the police state and I think a message to people that says, your the real enemy.

This goes hand in hand I think with the military carrying out drills in major american cities across America, scaring the crap out of unsuspecting civilians.  The system is turning on its own citizens just as our forefathers predicted they would.

they are deploying these but they aren’t for NSA surveillance of the people. these are anti missile blimps. Saudi Arabia just pointed their missiles at Israel and iran. Russia is going full defcon-1 and arming the Syrian govt. the US is arming the Syrian rebels “islamists, jihadist, al Qaeda).

      WW3 is fully on. Now.

I saw a similar blimp flying over Dallas, TX in the early 90′s. The blimp that I saw had a reflective surface though. I speculate that it had some kind of invisibility technology. The skin of the blimp would change from normal to reflecting the sky around it. Even when the blimp was reflecting the sky around it, I could still see it though because there was disparity between the sky that it was reflecting and the actual sky behind it. The blimp also either created or attracted a small cloud that traveled along underneath it. The cloud disappeared though when the blimp changed trajectory.

The blimp appeared to have technology similar to this:

The blimp that I saw also had windows like this one:

Hope everyone is ready….The time truly has come for the ongoing roll out of these technologies. This is obvious since TPTB have the technology to not only cloak the blimps, but also to make one (or all) forget that they saw it in the first place. I know this for a fact since I had that very experience a few months ago in San Francisco, CA. Somehow, the “hypnosis” failed two weeks later and I remembered seeing a totally socking “aircraft” with anti-gravity and cloaking technologies about 100 yards away from me, hovering close to the Ferry Building at the Embarcadero!
