Warning: Obama's Military Mind Control Brain Implants. Are You Next?

The U.S. military has announced funding a new $70 million mind/behavior control program, that includes brain implants for controlling emotions of “mentally ill people.”

And who is “mentally ill” in the eyes of the Bush-Obama administrations? Anyone disagreeing with their high-level criminal cabal control, of course.

Researcher Jose Carmena has worked for years training macaque monkeys to move computer cursors and robotic limbs with their minds. He does so by implanting electrodes into their brains to monitor neural activity.  Now, he and his research get a big boost.

This week the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, awarded two large contracts to Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of California, San Francisco, to create electrical brain implants capable of treating seven psychiatric conditions, including addiction, depression, and borderline personality disorder.

Sounds promising, right? Just one thing: Most innocent targeted individuals, despite hard evidence of being persecuted in Nazi-KKK-style ways, are written off as “mentally ill.” Many of these upright citizens are even forced into psychiatric units where authorized medical abuse continues.

Ask Richard Fine, the people’s attorney in Los Angeles after he went up against high-level corruption there. It landed him in a jail psychiatric unit for over a year – with no legal recourse, also OK in the land of the free since Bush and Obama enacted their USA PATRIOT ACT and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Fine missed out on the brain implants. Many others, however, such as James Walbert, were not so lucky – and they weren’t even in jail, well, not the traditional type jail – with visible walls and guards. Instead, such targeted individuals are guarded 24-7 in their own homes and communities. They are stalked and harassed in a host of ways, seemingly to get them to eventually lash out, break the law, commit suicide and take a few others along with them.

That all becomes easier with brain implants that control mood. Think it hasn’t been done, that people are not targeted for such research already. How about Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard shooter, who’d begged a Targeted Individual group (an advocacy group or a group led by operatives, people say) for their help.

Why did Alexis commit the act of violence that he did? He said it was because he was being mind controlled, used in a military research program without his consent. Did anyone help him? Obviously not.

Only days later, after his last contact with that mind control group, he went on his shooting spree at the Navy Yard near Washington DC, in which he, too became a fatal victim.  And how was he and this violent act regarded in the aftermath? He was mentally ill, of course, that’s all – just pushed over the edge… one of the odd incidents. Have you noticed, however, they’re not such oddities anymore?

Something’s going on. Too many innocent people are being subjected to what they attribute to mind control / behavior control technology without their consent, according to 12000 accounts that surveillance expert Paul Baird has accumulated on his own, he told Dupré in an email interview last week.

To survive, in desperation, such targets rely on mind control groups, some of which are run by questionable resources. Too many of these innocent individuals subsequently commit suicide.

Where are the bona fide human rights groups regarding this phenomena? Nowhere  to be seen. After years of complaints filed, reports sent to the Obama administration and even the United Nations, there is no such group helping targets of what clearly seems non-consensual human experimentation.

The Pentagon is now admitting its “new” mind-behavior control “research” project. It says its building on expanding knowledge about how the brain works; developing microlectronic systems that can fit in the body; and substantial evidence that thoughts and actions can be altered with well-placed electrical impulses to the brain.

“Imagine if I have an addiction to alcohol and I have a craving,” says Carmena, a professor at University of California, Berkeley, and involved in the UCSF-led project. “We could detect that feeling and then stimulate inside the brain to stop it from happening.”

Perfect. After all, the U.S. faces an epidemic of mental illness – such as among veterans, suicide rates are three or four times that of the general public.

“But drugs and talk therapy are of limited use, which is why the military is turning to neurological devices, says Justin Sanchez, manager of the DARPA program, known as Subnets, for Systems-Based Neurotechnology for Emerging Therapies,” according to MIT Technology Review.

“We want to understand the brain networks [in] neuropsychiatric illness, develop technology to measure them, and then do precision signaling to the brain,” says Sanchez. “It’s something completely different and new. These devices don’t yet exist.”

Perhaps those specific devices do not exist, yet. It’s mighty strange, however, that thousands of people are reporting being part of a similar mind control – behavior control program. Too may people who do not know each other, who’d never had mental issues in their lives, suddenly comb the internet for answers about why they are being stalked, harassed in their homes and communities, and experiencing mind control technology that has made no sense to them in earlier life. Many of them photo car license plates of the groups of harrassers, the intrusions in their homes and other unwanted intrusions in their lives messing with them 24-7.

Why do local police stand down every time these illegal acts are reported? Officers have simply answered, “Orders from the top.”

Under the new contracts, the largest awards so far supporting President Obama’s BRAIN Initiative, the brain-mapping program the White House launched last year, UCSF gets a wopping $26 million and Mass General up to a wopping $30 million. Companies including the medical device giant Medtronic and startup Cortera Neurotechnologies, a spin-out from UC Berkeley’s wireless laboratory, will supply technology for the effort. Initial research will be in animals, but DARPA hopes to reach human tests within two or three years.

“The research builds on a small but quickly growing market for devices that work by stimulating nerves, both inside the brain and outside it,” boasts MIT.  ”More than 110,000 Parkinson’s patients have received deep-brain stimulators built by Medtronic that control body tremors by sending electric pulses into the brain.

“More recently, doctors have used such stimulators to treat severe cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder (see “Brain Implants Can Reset Misfiring Circuits”). Last November, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration approved NeuroPace, the first implant that both records from the brain and stimulates it (see “Zapping Seizures Away”). It is used to watch for epileptic seizures and then stop them with electrical pulses. Altogether, U.S. doctors bill for about $2.6 billion worth of neural stimulation devices a year, according to industry estimates.”

One might wonder how much of that is legit – with patients full knowledge and consent, especially if familiar with private investigator Bill Taylor’s work in the area of brain implants. He says even the friendly dentists are being paid to covertly implant people without their knowledge or consent. And of course, we know the CIA and American doctors have been complicit in mind-control torture and other types of torture to control behavior and not only that, they have been using their torture subjects for testing.

Anyone else interested in such research, including whether such devices really do not exist yet and whether targeted individuals have been used in preliminary mind control research without their consent, might seriously consider doing so and involving some of the 12000 targeted individuals. If an independent researcher did so, it would likely result in a big fat lawsuit against the government, including Obama for allowing and supporting this crime against humanity, possibly a big kick-starter for his BRAIN initiative.
