You Worry too Much

Worry has destroyed so much but accomplished so little.

It separates us from the truth of who we are.

Our grievances about the past, our anxiety about the future only creates our suffering in the present.

After all, every time we look there, they change.

Our perception of the past changes with new awareness and our perception of the future changes with our projections.

All an egoic war between polarities distracting us from who we are, which is…

“the soul, of the soul, of the soul’

When we can come to know that behind all the stories we tell ourselves, and the conditioning and beliefs we have adopted, that there is a voice that is constantly whispering our truth, an internal GPS that knows our yes’s and no’s, our this ways or that ways, our core intent.

If we stay there long enough. If we listen to it’s guidance, we will find that it’s always drawing us closer to a life of balance and peace.

A life on our terms, free from conditioning, beliefs and the opinions of others.

Where you know “your own strength”, “your own beauty”. You see “your golden wings”, and you realize the cage is an illusion and you, with your new found wisdom, take flight.

Not without a little, or perhaps a lot turbulence, but with the self awareness to ride with it and not against it.
