It’s that time again.

I am taking four students on a virtual one on one 21 Day VividLife Quest

For years I struggled to find my own voice amongst the chaos. To live a life that was authentically mine. To stop being picked up and put down like a puppet, dictated by what others thought, and after a series of traumatic life events I woke up and started the journey back to myself.

Once I woke up , looked around and realized I was a product of what I thought I had to be rather than who I actually was, that’s when the real work began.

There was so much conditioning and resistance to break through, to this day I am still pealing back the layers and discovering more and more of who I am.

However it no longer feels like such a struggle, my bounce back game is ‘on point’ and life’s more balanced.

Looking less like a daily melt down and more like a daily break through.

The more I reveal of my true self the more life shows up for as opposed to against me.

But still It doesn’t mean my life is all sunshine and rainbows.

It just means that the more solid I am in knowing who I am, and filling my cup first, the better I get at moving through each challenge with ease, finding meaning, and learning to not taking it all personally.
