What does my VividLife look like to me?

When asked to write about what a VividLife would look like to me I immediately felt panicked and started to doubt how I would answer this question. Thoughts started to run through my head, what would you say? What if it doesn’t make sense? Why would I write anything at all, I have never written so much as a page in a journal my whole life so why start now?? The answer to all these questions suddenly became very clear to me. I have been hiding what I have always had, a vivid life I sometimes imagine feeling so cheerful and light that I catch myself humming a favorite song and galloping down the pathway by the water with my dog on his leash.  I smile and hug unsuspecting acquaintances that I know secretly would like a little bit of a squeeze!  My VividLife is a life full of positive vibes, respecting the earth, connecting with the community and practicing mindfulness and acceptance.
