2014 Fantasy Football RB Strength of Schedule (SOS): Weeks 4 to 16
While the season is still young, we are starting to get a better sense of each team’s identity.
Before the season began, we created fantasy football strength of schedule (SOS) pages for each position based on last year’s production. From this point going forward, however, we will make weekly updates of our strength of schedule for the remaining games based on what their upcoming opponents have done so far this season.
A player’s fantasy strength of schedule is far from the most important aspect of his outlook. But if you’re debating a pair of players to pick up off the waiver wire (our Week 4 waiver-wire post) and they are otherwise comparable in your view, a more favorable fantasy schedule could potentially break the tie.
Five most favorable SOS for RBs (Weeks 4-16):
1. Cincinnati Bengals (Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill): 263.97
2. Baltimore Ravens (Bernard Pierce, Lorenzo Taliaferro and Justin Forsett): 260.37
3. Houston Texans (Arian Foster and Alfred Blue): 242.93
4. Tennessee Titans (Shonn Greene and Bishop Sankey): 242.50
5. Cleveland Browns (Terrance West, Isaiah Crowell and Ben Tate): 242.33
Five least favorable SOS for RBs (Weeks 4-16):
32. Seattle Seahawks (Marshawn Lynch): 180.00
31. St. Louis Rams (Zac Stacy and Benny Cunningham): 182.87
30. Philadelphia Eagles (LeSean McCoy and Darren Sproles): 191.80
29. Kansas City Chiefs (Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis): 193.03
28. Washington Redskins (Alfred Morris and Roy Helu): 195.03
