Now rightfully so the article indicated that the entire populations is being controlled by frequency technology, which the writer says is HAARP technology …

Now if this statement of the writer is true … then the NewsHawk® are studying as to not only back engineer of Ancient HAARP technology, which was set in play for the sustaining of our matrix zone and the good of humanity …
But NewsHawk® are also studying as to learn how to alter and use the original Ancient technology for their own evil purpose … and as the article says … apparently intended to induce (violent) psychosis in targeted subjects … as targeted subjects, in this case, would include probably over two million human beings!!”
But the evil ones do not need the Ancient earth/surface HAARP technology for this … they have their own satellite in place for this very purpose … it is the satanic satellite .. that also oppresses the people minds via signals from space …
And also as the article indicates … EVERYONE within range of the transmissions would have distinctly negative reactions to some extent or other ….

What this is actually saying is that as many as 2,000,000 alien/celestials in Northern Californians were being silently bombarded with HAARP-type radio transmissions as to control how all human brain signals will see them …
If the radio transmissions signals were stopped … the alien/celestials would appear as they really are … as most are a reptilian species … this is how they walk among us appearing to be as one of us …
