How Big Pharmaceutical Companies “Legally” Experiment On Humans

A pharmaceutical company has a new miracle drug with doubtful results when tried on rats and chimps.

The only way the company can learn if the drug works is by trying it out on humans.

The company doctors-up the trial results and applies to their friendly FDA for approval. The FDA approves it.

Thousands of humans are told this is a miracle drug for a currently incurable disease. Doctors are handsomely paid to push the new drug on their unsuspecting guinea pig patients. These humans rush to get the new drug.

A short time later, ten humans die and many more are permanently disabled.

The FDA investigates and finds the new miracle drug is the problem. They pull the drug from the market.

The pharmaceutical company settles with the family of the dead and with the disabled for millions of dollars.

The company now has specific data from the dead and disabled humans to further develop the drug.

Eventually, the company feels they have removed the problems and they put the drug out again with a completely new name, maybe even made by one of their different-name subsidiaries so no one will notice. The FDA approves the new doctored documents supporting the drug’s efficacy.

Again, doctors and human guinea pigs rush to get the new miracle cure. Again, some die and some are permanently hurt and the experimental circle continues.

These pharmaceutical companies have unlimited tax-free Research and Development money, which is the money that pays the dead and disabled. All legal.

Now, do you wonder why pharmaceutical companies and doctors are lobbying congress to limit the moneys awarded to their dead and disabled “guinea pigs”?

Already, vaccine makers have complete immunity from prosecution so that form of human experimentation is now totally legal and free to Big Pharma.
