Mysterious Energy Bursts Recorded High Above U.S. Midwest: Lightning Sprites, Elves Caught on Camera

And to explain what I can see of this celestial technology …. I consider the known technology of the metal spikes in the “Lightning Dissipater” which waste the energy of the lightning bolt as to protect the building … by preventing the electricity to accumulate …

Yet the metal spikes themselves as seen in the “Lightning Dissipater” image above placed on top of a house … would function not as dissipater of the lightning .. but as a “Lightening Rod Ion Accumulator” …

And unlike the small “Lightning Dissipater” … this “Lightening Rod Ion Accumulator” would extend in size larger than a house ….

And the metal rods would actually build up forces as to generate a powerful ball of plasma energy in a single targeted area …

Yet some metal rods stand alone as do the Stonehenge, in their different kind of and “Ion Accumulator” …

And the sudden disburse of energy released from this ball of plasma energy … is that which would produce static electricity in the form of a massive bolts of lightning …

And all this is done so that the metal rods could then accumulate and collect this massive amount of charged ions of the static electricity  … which are then used as “fueling rods” for a saturate core’s nuclear atomic reactor ..

Found HERE … in the images below of  sprites seen over thunderstorms in Kansas on August 10, 2000 … the image captured in the photo actually resembles the “Lightning Dissipater” as seen on the roof of the house in the top photo … if only the “Lightning Dissipater” in the picture was flipped upside down …
