Several years ago I have seen an object that looks similar to the one that you captured on video except that it was black. I saw it in bright daylight and it was moving slowly in a southward direction as I was looking at the eastern sky. To this day I have no idea what I saw and wish that I had captured it on video. Your object seems to be positioned at a diagonal whereas the one I saw was completely horizontal. There was no smoke or vapor coming from it. This is in Oakland, California that I saw this strange hotdog shaped object and about midday. I did not get a closeup so I cannot tell if the one I saw had any bubbles or indentations like yours had.
