Eye Exam Follow Up
Everything looks great with my eyes; no issues. I’m done with that aspect of health care for a while. YAY! I really, really don’t enjoy the eyedrops, the bright lights in my eyes, and having screwed up vision for hours afterwards. No fun at all. But at least I know that despite all the issues I have in other areas of my body, the eyes are looking great. Relief be upon me.
Relief will also be upon me when I have more than a couple of hours to myself again. I’ve been with my beloved husband from Thursday evening through yesterday– and even into today because he left work early to take me to the eye exam. Too much togetherness! Love him SO much, but need to get time without him SO much! Its an introvert thing. I recharge with alone time. Haven’t had much of it for several days in a row here and its making me cranky. Internally and all– no one would know my impatience is growing– but still! And I had a great 4-day weekend, no question. But now I needs me some me time.
Sigh. Sometimes I wish I wasn’t built so darned sensitive. Would be nice to be more relaxed and outgoing socially.
Ah. Speaking of which! Another wine n’ cheese night is on the agenda for this weekend. The last 3 have been instigated by my former regulars who used to do this with me twice a month without fail for months at a time. Apparently, everyone is missing it, so I must have been hosting something correctly at some point, right? =^)
I have several posts to catch up on. Mostly commentary stuff I’ve come across that I haven’t had a chance to rant, rave, or dish about. So look for those beloved backposts. I know how much you love them… *evil smile*
