Witness Statement: hello this is the second time I am reporting a sighting in a matter of weeks I was out walking my dog it was around 945 the weather was a bit misty like roaming mist and it was full moon I was looking around at the sky and the moon and stars to see if I could see the lights I saw weeks ago but saw nothing so I started to walk home and as I turned out of no where there was a streak of white light like a orb I have never seen nothing like this in my life it appeared from no where it was not high in the sky about 100 t0 150 foot it made no noise it was like a shooting star but it was not a star it was to low and too fast it appeared from nowhere I saw about 10 foot of white streak then it was gone like a hyper jump and im not shore if this is connected but around the time a saw this some dogs started barking in nearby houses and a little wile later I heard a boom noise I cant be sure whether those thing are connected any way this is the second sighting I will keep a look out to see if I can see any more thanks
