Navy Yard Shooter Carved Messages on Shotgun (ELF/E-L-F??), Possibly Referencing HAARP
Aaron Alexis, the Washington Navy Yard shooter who killed 12 people, carved “My ELF Weapon” and “Better off this Way” into the stock of theRemington 870-Express-Tactical shotgun he reportedly used to gun his victims down.
Officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the Washington Postthat they are hoping the messages provide clues into the mindframe of Alexis, 34, or what caused him to carry out the shooting. So far, authorities have not been able to come up with a motive into the Monday shooting in Washington D.C.
The word “ELF” was capitalized, suggesting it was an acronym. The Post points out it generally stands for “extremely low frequency,” referring to weather or communications. It is unclear if the weapon refers to elves, the mythical beings referenced in video games, movies, and legends.
ABC News reported that it was actually “My E-L-F Weapon.”
Officials warned the Post they do not understand the meaning of the phrases.
Police in Rhode Island said that Alexis told them in August that he was hearing voices in his head, and three people were following him to use “some sort of microwave machine” to send vibrations into his body to prevent him from going to sleep.
The Post notes that the Navy uses extremely low frequencies in several capacities, including in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). HAARP is often cited by conspiracy theorists as a device that controls the weather, causes earthquakes, or other phenomena.

Nothing new here!!! DARPA released documents confirming using HAARP as part of Mk-Ultra, mind control, which just happens to utilize E-L-F, Extremely Low Frequency. This is generally in the 10-50 Hz range. Wouldn’t surprise me that him and these others on killing sprees are being controlled by the elite.
