These objects were giving off more flickering action than any other spot on the base. We could not make out what the objects were exactly, but we could tell they were moving. We were also questioning if it was 2 parts to 1 object.
The movements seemed to be at really fast speeds. You can see the sun reflect off of every other metal object on the base in every video, and mot one glimmers like the Area Outside the New Southern Hanger!
