Vertigo & Nausea

I’ve been completely miserable for going on 3 days now…

It began Saturday morning. I was out running some errands with Cat and early on I started feeling dizzy and sick to my stomach. We went and had lunch, which should have solved any car sickness. We finished our errands and went home, and I was feeling worse and worse. Then I tried a little cannabis to treat the nausea, and it started to help and then went wrong fast and I felt worse than ever.

I’ve been taking anti-nausea medicine instead, which is helping, but it’s Monday now and I’m still feeling horrible! My neck is hurting terribly, and has since this began, so maybe I pinched a nerve while out driving that is affecting my inner ear? That happens sometimes with my issues, but I don’t recall anything quite like this ever before.

I may just have a virus of some kind. I really don’t know. If this doesn’t get better by tomorrow evening, I’m going to have to see my doctor. I don’t seem to be running a fever or anything though.

I can’t stare at screens for long. I can’t read. I can’t do much except sit around and listen to podcasts. I hate nausea so much! This is awful.
