my med kit which is pretty basic has helped myself several times with small cut and burns however i beleive i did save a life durig a camping trip where somone has slipped and had a heavy hand wound (heavy bleeding) and miles from help with my quik clot and H bandage. I carry one in my truck but the IFAK would be great to replace my dated and small kit.! Never know when you could save a life.!
