Can You Handle Civil Unrest And Gangs After SHTF ???

The one thing that probably gives me more fear than the cops busting down the door, is the possibility of gangs taking over and complete civil unrest. Mob rule, only no rules at all. Frightening to think about. You could be robbed, looted, or worse. When people hook up into gangs, it will be like wild packs running the streets. Will you be able to handle such a scenario?
Too many preppers in suburbia believe that they can make it on their own after TSHTF. This will NOT be the case in my opinion. Confronting a roving gang will be suicide for most. It’s all about the numbers. 10, 20, 50 (or more) of them and 5 (or less) of you? Who’s going to win? It will take clever planning, and there are many ways to deal with this threat. If you do not have overwhelming numbers or overwhelming defensive measures and/or protection, you will be wise to choose a plan that avoids direct confrontation altogether.Here’s one… Move out of the city TODAY. Move out of densely populated suburbia TODAY.
Don’t allow a false sense of security leave you with your ass in the wind! This is the time to really prepare for the worst! This country is in complete disarray now, it will only get worse!
Best defense, be aware, be prepared, and watch your surroundings carefully.

A very nice 12- gauge shotgun and a high powered deer hunting rifle should do the trick for most homes.
Use the shotgun when they come through the door and finish them off with the deer hunting rifle.
Then quickly kick the carcass into the street.

Yes, those of us who live in the country will never allow gangs to rule. If you believe nothing else, believe that
Get a map of the closest city to you. Figure out how many zombies there are in that area. Get a compass that draws circles, you know, those little pointy things we use to use in school, but are now a weapon. Put the sharp end in the middle of the city and start drawing circles. A 5 mile circle, a 10 mile circle, and so on. Now figure how many square miles there are in a particular circle, remember pies are square. Now divide the square miles by zombies. You don’t have to live far from a city to have very few zombies to the square mile. I am 10 miles out and I have no fear of zombies. I fear my goof-ball neighbors that don’t even have a garden.
The 12 gauge and hunting rifle are must haves, but the author is talking groups of 10, 20 even 50 people at a time…possibly going door to door looting…You have say maybe 4 adult males and rooms full of women and children hunkered down….you NEED semi automatic rifles with large capacity magazines… 4 guys who are semi-ok at operating them could do serious damage quickly and scare away the balance of the crowd…if those 4 guys had 30 round magazines thats 120 rounds downrange in about 1 1/2 minutes..that’ll clear the street in front of your suburban home.
