Report: An ISIS Base In Mexico, 8 Miles From Texas?

Mexican authorities reportedly uncovered evidence that ISIS terrorists had established a base just eight miles from the US border, near Texas.
The Mexican Army and Federal Police found Muslim prayer rugs and documents in Urdu (the language of Pakistan) and Arabic when they raided a suspected ISIS hideout near El Paso, Texas, in April, Judicial Watch reported.
Mexican forces also found “plans” of the US Army base at Fort Bliss, Texas, during the raid, Judicial Watch said. Judicial Watch claims to have learned of the raid from an unidentified field grade officer (general or colonel) in the Mexican Army and an inspector with the Mexican Federal Police or Federales.
Judicial Watch did not say if Mexican authorities had captured any ISIS terrorists or if the US military or law enforcement took part in the raid.
“The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as ‘Anapra’ situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua,” Judicial Watch said, referencing a city near El Paso. “Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.”
ISIS fighters have plans to attack power lines, power plants, railroads, airports, universities, military bases and government buildings in New Mexico and Texas from Mexico, sources identified as Mexican intelligence officials told Judicial Watch. The attacks would be staged from bases in Anapra.
The terrorists are in Anapra because it is poorly policed and dominated by drug cartels, Judicial Watch speculated.
