CanCooker Foldable Chicken Rack is now Available

With the new Foldable Chicken Rack from CanCooker, preparing a moist, mouthwatering whole chicken is now easier than ever. Crafted of 100-percent high-quality, solid stainless steel, the Chicken Rack will not react to the food. Beer Butt Chicken Recipe

• 4 lb. whole chicken
• 12 oz. can of your favorite beer (half-full)
• 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
• ½ Tbsp. CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
• ½ Tbsp. fresh ground salt
• ½ Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
• 4 Tbsp. olive oil

Take the CanCooker Foldable Chicken Rack, and insert an opened, half-full 12 oz. can of beer, and snap the rack closed. Rinse the chicken inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels. Slide the chicken down the rack butt-end first. Now baste the chicken with some of the olive oil. Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl, and rub the mixture onto the chicken. Make sure the grill is hot. Carefully place the chicken and rack on one side of the grill. If you have multiple burners, shut off the burner that is directly under the chicken. Close the lid to the grill. Check the chicken in about 1-½ hours. You can test by seeing if the legs can be moved easily. Time will vary depending on the size of the chicken. Most chickens are completed in 2-3 hours.
