Smith & Wesson Announces Matt Spafford as New Media Manager
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – -(Ammoland.com)- Smith & Wesson announced today that Matt Spafford has been promoted to Media Manager, Firearms Division, effective immediately.
In this new role, Spafford and his team will be responsible for growing relationships with key media contacts, managing professional sponsorships, and overseeing marketing communications to promote future growth of the Firearms brands.

Prior to joining Smith & Wesson, Spafford worked in brand management roles of increasing responsibility at Newell Rubbermaid. Spafford is a native of New England and lifelong outdoorsman.
