Watch: The Moment a Driver Shoots and Kills Gunman Who Randomly Attacked Him at Illinois Gas Station
A man pumping gas in Illinois was randomly confronted by a gunman who approached his car, drew his weapon and attempted to kill him.
Police say a man dressed in the orange jacket in the video below is Ronald Morales. After apparently staring down the driver who was pumping gas, Morales hastily approached the man, gun drawn. He opened the passenger side door in what appears to be an attempt at exchanging words, but the driver had already seen Morales draw a weapon. In turn, he drew his own weapon and a shootout ensued.
Morales was shot, quickly turned and ran out of view of the camera and subsequently collapsed and died a short time later.
Police say the driver will not be charged because he acted in self defense:
The video proves once again that the Second Amendment saves lives, because determined criminals who intend to harm innocent people will absolutely get their hands on a weapon regardless of background checks or waiting periods.

notice the following flaws in this video:
1] “a man pumping gas”..
false: there is no pump~hose to the car.
2] “was randomly confronted by a gunman who approached his car”
false: the driver knew the gunman, AND knew he was coming [proof in a moment].
3] “[morales] opened the passenger side door”
false: the door was already opened, and the driver was trying to shut it BEFORE [morales] got there BECAUSE HE KNEW HIM,
AND KNEW HE WAS COMING!
4] “[the driver] drew his own weapon and a shootout ensued” because HE WAS WAITING FOR HIM.
here is how you know what i wrote is true:
1] do you notice the video does not show the car pulling up, and how the passenger door got open? because they do not want
you to see the rest of the information.
2] when [morales] walks into the scene, notice that the driver is doing TWO ACTS AT ONE TIME! HE OPENS HIS DRIVER-SIDE DOOR AT THE SAME TIME CLOSING THE PASSENGER DOOR. this is the behaviour of somebody EXPECTING something. this is NOT RANDOM, this is NOT UNEXPECTED. the driver KNEW what was coming.
the driver anticipated using his gun.
further, notice how the driver behaves as if he had training:
1] the driver ducks at his door,while shooting [notice [morales] is not ducking even though a gun is pointed at him]
2] the driver immediately goes to the back end of the car. he knew exactly how to gun [morales] down.
this is ALL A LIE OF SORTS. this is NOT about the second amendment. it is likely lying law-enforcement covering-up a
botched bait or framing.
the driver is likely undercover law-enforcement, did something against [morales], expected his return, and PLANNED to kill him.
[again, notice they do not show the vehicle BEFORE it is at the pump].

2] when [morales] stands at the passenger door, he is talking to the driver through the glass ABOUT A COMMON~KNOWN, MUTUALLY-KNOWN SUBJECT. proof: [morales] points back in the direction that he just came from’ therefore, he is referring to something that the driver ALREADY knows about.
3] [morales] was waiting for an answer, and had his gun pointing down at the ground.
4] the driver got out
5] [morales] was not sure where the driver was ..up or down, in the car or out..
b] THE DRIVER POINTED HIS GUN FIRST AT [morales] HEAD!
7] [morales], for a brief moment, DID NOT EVEN KNOW A GUN WAS POINTED AT HIM UNTIL HE LOOKED UP.
8] [morales] REACTED in his mind, IN HIS DEFENSE.
you can argue ALL you want whether [morales] should have had a gun inn his hand, but ONE CONDITION IS FOR SURE,.. THE DRIVER POINTED HIS GUN FIRST.
you, driver, are a murderer.
