I don’t know about that. My 12 ga. will make a nice hole at a reasonable distance. And kick the pants off any attacker. You cannot beat a nice Shotgun.
Ar are very overrated. I am well prepared. I have a 12 ga shotgun and an M1-A SOCOM 16 with scoutscope. It hits hard. carries as many rounds as an AR but in 7.62 and does a respectable group at 600yds….
