Let the planning begin to make some noise again this year!

This is a critical year for the future of achieving REAL reform of the annexation laws to put an END to forced annexation.

The voices for reform have grown every year and the fate for real reform is teetering on the edge.

Which way will it fall?

Will we settle for the fake reforms and damage of H524?

Or will we gather our forces and PUSH real hard for REAL reform?

We’ve come this far by raising our voices against the special interests of the NCLM that works constantly to protect this power for the cities.

Last year some very good legislation was introduced and some VERY BAD legislation was also pushed forward.

One of the two will win this David and Goliath struggle and it is up to us to make our voice clear: NO MORE FORCE!!

Bring back Senate Bill 494 and throw aside H524!

We want a real voice in the decision to annex into a city.

H524 does not deliver a real voice in the decision for the people being annexed and it adds new burdens to the victims of this un-American power given to city councils.

Gather again in this year to make SURE that the we don’t end up with something worse than if we had gotten nothing at all.
