Ted Turner-Today Ted Turner, who thinks religion is for losers, invoked the name of the Lord in order to let us know we should stop drilling for oil, saying “I’m just wondering if God’s telling us he doesn’t want us to drill offshore. Recent coal mine disasters, may also be signs that “the Lord’s tired of having the mountains of West Virginia — the tops knocked of of ‘em so they can get more coal. Maybe we ought to just leave the coal in the ground and just use solar and wind power.” Yeah, God is awesome when we agree with him……the rest of the time he should just shut up.
