III Citadel: Revenue Streams

In case I haven’t mentiond it elsewhere, the Citadel Project would open several lucrative alternate revenue streams for the community.

First: Tourism. How many Americans have ever seen a genuine Citadel? If we market ourselves properly and get on the RV route for retired folks and family vacations, we could go a long way to eliminating the “Nutjobs behind the walls” stereotype. Idaho has plenty of reasons for tourists anyway, including golf, skiing, whitewater rafting, hunting, fishing, et cetera.

Second: Hunting/Fishing lodge & Guides: For those of you so inclined, you could perhaps live your dream of being paid to hunt & fish your life away.

Third: Training. Many of our members have serious SHTF skills and we could provide the perfect environment for hosting training courses for everything from gardening (yes, it is a foreign concept to most Americans under 40) to CQB to small unit tactics. If you like to teach, you’ll have opportunities.

Fourth: This one really gets my blood pumping. Consider we include a modest building with 100 or 500 micro-condos from 400 square feet to perhaps 1000 for a family, and market to the affluent folks who want a Doomsday Retreat. That revenue stream could finance damn near anything we’d like to do as a community. Of course we’d vet them, but look around the web and see what these folks are willing to pay to have a safe environment when SHTF. They could even use their SHTF Condo when they come to ski…

Fifth: We could provide a serious and effective counter to the NRA if we handle our media and marketing properly. That’s not really a revenue stream, but it is a beneficial byproduct of what we are doing.

We can secure Liberty for ourselves in this lifetime, and we can give our posterity an advantage we never had. We can create a model for the rest of the country as we demonstrate the tsunami of prosperity that unbridled Capitalism brings to life.

If we get this off the ground, every one of you who has ever dreamed of being your own boss, no matter what you want to do, from cupcakes to art gallery to fashion design, will have a conducive environment to pursue your passions.

I linked earlier to a few “Planned Community” sites. We do not need a thousand acres. We could build one hell of a thriving city inside the walls of even a 150-250 acre plot of land. An office building for you folks who wish to continue your career out in the world. A “Town Center” for retail. A grocer. A theatre. Our own schools. Our own Churches. Our own medical facilities. Our own pubs and pizza joints and code of Honor.

It is all within our grasp, if we are simply bold enough to reach out and do it.

And if you are a III Patriot and you don’t have a dime to your name and you show up, so long as you are willing to work, you will thrive among your ideological Countrymen.

Our enemies mean to have a fight. They will bang heads among themselves. They will destroy “the economy”. We can go to metals if we wish. We can stay out of their way while they butcher one another. We can stay far removed from the stench of their diseases, and NBC protections in our buildings is an easy feat.

Let them destroy the perversion they have made of our beautiful country.

We’ll put it back together properly when the time is right. And we will do it from a position of strength.
