Over the weekend, we came four votes away from the United States Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The Statement of Purpose from the bill read:
“To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.”
The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Furthermore, whatever the current states is irrelevant as Article 20 states “.”Any amendment to this Treaty shall be adopted by consensus, or if consensus is not achieved, by two-thirds of the States Parties present and voting at the Conference…”
In other words, amendments can be proposed by any country at any time in the future and if the amendment is adopted, it becomes binding on all parties who signed the Treaty!
All they need to do is amend the Small Arms Treaty once a very generic version has been ratified, and there’s no need to ratify it again. The US Congress is bypassed and the US Constitutionally recognized right to keep and bear arms is reduced to a vote amongst 2/3 the Treaties signers.
The UN is a tool of the globalists and an enemy of sovereign nations. It conducts its war to eliminate national sovereignty and impose a global government through the weapon of treaties. Those who support this method of warfare betray their own countries by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies and they are, by definition, traitors.

The Democrats voted no, because of this part: “The Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate may revise the allocations of a committee or committees, aggregates, and other appropriate levels in this resolution for one or more bills, joint resolutions, amendments, motions, or conference reports that relate to upholding Second Amendment rights, which shall include preventing the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, by the amounts provided in such legislation for those purposes, provided that such legislation would not increase the deficit or revenues over either the period of the total of fiscal years 2013 through 2018 or the period of the total of fiscal years 2013 through 2023.”

If the court and Dept of Justice knows you are a victim and have not alerted you or made matters right, they are directly liable, as a person and agency for any government employee, even the President, who violates a persons rights does so ultra vires and loses all immunity to suit. look also at “An impeachable Act” at site http://www.fairjusticeone.blogspot.com there you can direct download part of the filings but there are more than 400 pages of evidence now filed in this matter, if you are a victim it is your right to know and your right to demand lawful action.
