Former Judge: States CAN “Gut Obamacare” on Their Own
Yesterday, we reported that South Carolina is poised to ban Obamacare in their state. The bill that is to be voted on by their state Senate next month would starve the federal law of the state’s personnel and funds necessary to actually implement it.
In lieu of this heroic legislation, the liberal media has desperately tried to remind us how “constitutional” Obamacare supposedly is.
But then we have Judge Andrew Napolitano. Napolitano, a former Superior Court Judge and current political/judicial analyst for Fox News, is a longtime champion of fiscal conservatism and economic liberty. Consequently, he is also one of the most vocal critics of Obamacare.
The bill’s author, State Senator Tom Davis, said South Carolina’s push to outlaw Obamacare is “legal, effective, and within the state’s power to do.”
