IRS Warns: Obamacare Tax Must Be Paid with Tax Return
Agency employs Orwellian term “Shared Responsibility Payment” to describe Obamacare individual mandate tax.

President Obama’s Internal Revenue Service today quietly released a series of Obamacare “Health Care Tax Tips” warning Americans that they must obtain “qualifying” health insurance – as defined by the federal government – or face a “shared responsibility payment” when filing their tax returns in 2015. The term “shared responsibility payment” refers to the Obamacare individual mandate tax, one of at least seven tax hikes in the healthcare law that directly hit families making less than $250,000 per year…
…If you (or any of your dependents) do not maintain coverage and do not qualify for an exemption, you will need to make an individual shared responsibility payment with your return. In general, the payment amount is either a percentage of your household income or a flat dollar amount, whichever is greater. You will owe 1/12th of the annual payment for each month you (or your dependents) do not have coverage and are not exempt…

Watching a little CSPAN tonight and just so happened that they were discussing the healthcare mandate. A guy named Duncan was on and he called this “mandate” an “incentive” to purchase health insurance! Yeah, its an incentive alright! They IRS can garnish your wages, freeze your bank account, and seize your assets, charge you with tax evasion, have you placed under arrest, and lots of other fun stuff if you fail to make all the “payments” required according to the “rule of law”.
I was waiting for this part, why do you think they delayed the mandate for employers? If the government applied the law and followed the law as it was written, the political bloodbath would be historic to say the least. When the mandate is finally in force, the American people will feel the teeth of the affordable care act. The teeth that tear away at your wallet. Nothing gets more attention from Americans than taking their money so again……..why did they delay the mandate?
Perhaps they delayed the business mandate so that small businesses could get more established, and then be able to afford to pay the higher premiums? Many “e healthcare” businesses are emerging to provide new technologies? Waiting for them to get established before enforcing the employer mandate would benefit them, no?

I had been a republican…until then. Then I started learning the laws….and then watching WHO was making the new ones….and who benefited…..and who suffered.

I agree that there is something terribly wrong with the system. I did learn that there is a power struggle between the rich in this country and the poor. (As far as the tax laws go…)

If one reads the laws, one will find out that the only ones who owe taxes are “government employees” also they are the ones who usually fail to pay….
Since it is all a sham (tax laws) do a bit of studying and you will find out that what I am saying is true.
Sheerer v Cullins (sp) an IRS agent who paid no taxes, was fired…. sued his direct supervisor and won. proving there is no money, it is illegal to “tax federal reserve notes” and the definition of person according to the law is not what you think.
