Body Armor Ban proposal, H.R. 378 - Take Action Now!

I let my representative know my opposition to this immediately.

Point: We the people have a right to self-defense. Body armor has to be the least offensive means of self-defense in existence. No one could support this kind of legislation without serious tyrannical purpose.

They have so far failed to disarm us. So they want to make the “well ordered militia” as soft a target as possible.

What else can they come up with to take away our rights to self defense?

Like other assaults on the Second Amendment, this measure will be ignored by criminals. The “Militia Clause” in our Constitution was designed to protect the American citizenry from the Federal Government. At no time in our history has this been more necessary.
