North Korea Ramps Up Nuclear Program While Josh Earnest Embarrasses Himself

Good news!  North Korea started up its atomic bomb fuel production plants.  Oh, and they want everyone to know they are crazy enough to start lobbing these things:

The secretive state said it is fully ready to use nuclear weapons against the United States “and other hostile forces” at any time if they “persistently seek their reckless hostile policy towards the (North) and behave mischievously.”

I assume they’re short of diesel fuel or something.  That’s usually the way this works.  North Korea starts saber rattling, shooting things towards Japan until someone, generally the United States, comes over to them and tries to soothe them like a enabling mother treats their spoiled brat child at the check out line.

“Yes, you can have that candy bar, but you have to stop throwing a fit.”

It would be nice if someone would give that child a swat and shut him up for once.  Give old Kim Jong-Un the old Tyrion Lannister treatment:

And then when they threaten to go to the United Nations, be like:

And then when the rest of the world looks at the beatdown North Korea gets just for talking smack, we just look at them all like:

It would be nice to have some respect around the world again, wouldn’t it?

Meanwhile, back at the Barack Obama Institute for Propaganda, White House Spokesman Josh Earnest said:

“North Korea should refrain from irresponsible provocation that aggravate regional tensions.”

Wow.  That’s powerful, and stuff.  They’re probably shutting down that plant right now.

Earnest followed that spine-rattler with this:

Considering they have been a nuclear state for some time, thanks to the last Democrat in the White House, this doesn’t inspire confidence in the current administration’s attention to detail where national defense is concerned.

What an embarrassment these people are. No wonder the world laughs at us now.
