Judge Jeanine Pirro Defends Trump on Fox News

(Before It's News)

There is little doubt that 99% of people reading this article have already seen or heard the ‘scandalous’ Donald Trump hot mike incident from 2005.  Mainstream media has made sure of that.  About 85% of you have also seen the Trump apology, which was spot on.  But the public needs to see this for what it is, which is nothing more than a distraction two days before the next debate.

Does anyone really think that Donald Trump had any designs on the Presidency in 2005?  Let’s turn back the clock a bit.  In 2005 the Apprentice was just entering its second season.  The first season was a huge success, and Donald was riding the wave.  The video made public yesterday was in the midst of Trump doing his job at the time. His job in 2005 was to stay in the spotlight and hype, hype, hype.

Judge Jeanine gets this.  Earlier this morning on Fox News she made a fantastic point.  Donald doesn’t NEED this job!  He has his family.  He has his fortune.  He has his legacy.  He is running for President becuase he genuinely wants to make a difference and help the country.

Hillary on the other hand, according to Judge Jeanine, absolutely needs this job!  Without the Presidency, she is nothing.  And if one thinks about it, the Judge is right.  If Hillary loses this election she will go down in history as a two-time loser for the highest office in the land, if not the planet.  If Donald loses, he was a business man and TV star who almost made it to the top against almost impossible odds.  Something to thing about.

Trump + making fun of the disabled + PUSSYGATE = turd.

  • I think Hillary should have the job. If she is nothing without it, then we should not allow her feelings to be hurt.

  • Supreme court or the new trump network where truth reigns supreme

  • Yet another crime has been committed, this time on behalf of hillary clinton. Without two party consent, under california law, “which is where days of our lives if filmed” Cal. Penal Code § 632. The statute applies to “confidential communications” — i.e., conversations in which one of the parties has an objectively reasonable expectation that no one is listening in or overhearing the conversation. See Flanagan v. Flanagan, 41 P.3d 575, 576-77, 578-82 (Cal. 2002). A California appellate court has ruled that this statute applies to the use of hidden video cameras to record conversations as well. See California v. Gibbons, 215 Cal. App. 3d 1204 (Cal Ct. App. 1989).
If you are operating in California, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any conversation that common sense tells you might be “private” or “confidential.” In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the California wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party.
