California Legislators Sedition Against The Government

Is De Leon’s next step California’s separation and exit from the United States?

The pernicious seditious Anti-American nature of many members of the California Legislature continues to lawlessly and openly defy the mandate of the Federal government and the vote of the majority of counties in California. This defiant and seditious rebellion is lead by Kevin De Leon (D-LA) , who appears more concerned with the interests of the rights of foreign nations,such as Mexico and the privileges of foreign nationals than the rights and privileges of American citizens.

As Tim Donnelly, stated in his article, ”California State Senate Leader: ‘Half My Family’ Here Illegally”, Feb. 05, 2017.

“California State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Léon (D-Los Angeles) said last Tuesday that “half his family” was in the country illegally, using false documents, and eligible for deportation under President Trump’s new executive order against “sanctuary” jurisdictions.”

The above utterance by California Senator Kevin Alexander Leon (Kevin de Leon, (D-LA) vehemently, impliedly and forcefully advocates disrespect for the rule of law, disregard for the principles of federalism, defiance regarding the lawful will and vote of the majority of California counties and sedition against the lawfully elected president of the United States.

Ponder the following pronouncement of this seditious California legislator as he continous to spin his dark tapestry of treason and malicious intent against the United States government.

“Host Larry Mantle asked him:  “… First of all, I just — I want to make sure I understand correctly: You don’t think purchasing a phony Social Security card and number should be a deportable offense?”
De Léon replied: “I don’t think so … the vast majority of immigrants — hard working immigrants — have done that. I can tell you I have family members specifically who came here as undocumented immigrants, and they did the same thing. That’s what you need to do to survive in this economy.” Mantle objected: “But of course the problem is, — and I know people too — who’ve had their Social Security numbers and identities stolen as a result of that….” De Léon minimized the problem, saying it was not the same as “Russian” hacking.”

In an effort by De Leon to justify his sedition he apparently alludes to an unproven nebulous connection between President Trump and Russian hackers. In De Leon’s twisted mind, such imaginary and illusory attempts to draw moral equivalency by a comparison to Trump’s alleged ties to Russian hackers justify his open advocacy of lawlessness and sedition against the sovereignty of the United States and Federal authority.

As a result of investigation Russian and other foreign hacking did not successfully hack into election results, but foreign identity fraud by illegal aliens have done tremendous damage to American citizens and the integrity of American systems, but never a word from pro-illegals and anti-American’s like Kevin De Leon (D-LA).

Consider the following quotation, by Stephen Dinan – The Washington Times – Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in an article entitled, “IRS doesn’t tell 1 million people that illegals stole their social security numbers”

“The IRS has discovered more than 1 million Americans whose Social Security numbers were stolen by illegal immigrants, but officials never bothered to tell the taxpayers themselves, the agency’s inspector general said in a withering new report released Tuesday.
Investigators first alerted the IRS to the problem five years ago, but it’s still not fixed, the inspector general said, and a pilot program meant to test a solution was canceled — and fell woefully short anyway. As a result, most taxpayers don’t learn that their identities have been stolen and their Social Security files may be screwed up.“Taxpayers identified as victims of employment-related identity theft are not notified,” the inspector general said. The report alarmed lawmakers on Capitol Hill, who were shocked that the IRS had gone for so long without fixing the issue.”

And yet, despite the tremendous, overwhelming and undermining damage social security fraud and identity theft is caused by illegal immigrants, outspoken California Senator Kevin De Leon (D-LA) is seditious representing foreign interests such as Mexico in the California Legislature rather than the interests of the People of the United States and faithfully sustaining and upholding the laws of the Federal government. De Leon may be a member of the California Legislature but he is still required to sustain the laws of the United States. Instead, this seditious legislator is openly advocating defiance against the will of the People of the United States, nullification of Federal law, resistance to American authorities and open support for the interests of foreign governments.

Before seditious and criminally-oriented legislators, such as (Kevin Alexander Leon) Kevin De Leon (D-LA) encourage lawlessness and defiance and resistance to Federal immigration law and authority the following facts should be carefully considered.

These facts are provided by a report entitled, “Illegal, but Not Undocumented Identity Theft, Document Fraud, and Illegal Employment”, by Ronald W. Mortensen on June 19, 2009.

“This Backgrounder examines illegal immigration-related document fraud and identity theft that is committed primarily for the purpose of employment. It debunks three common misconceptions: illegal aliens are “undocumented;” the transgressions committed by illegal aliens to obtain jobs are minor; and illegal-alien document fraud and identity theft are victimless crimes. It discusses how some community leaders rationalize these crimes, contributing to a deterioration of the respect for laws in our nation, and presents a variety of remedies, including more widespread electronic verification of work status (E-Verify and the Social Security Number Verification Service) and immigrant outreach programs to explain the ramifications and risks of document fraud and identity theft.
The findings include:
Illegal immigrants are not “undocumented.” They have fraudulent documents such as counterfeit Social Security cards, forged drivers licenses, fake “green cards,” and phony birth certificates. Experts suggest that approximately 75 percent of working-age illegal aliens use fraudulent Social Security cards to obtain employment.
Most (98 percent) Social Security number (SSN) thieves use their own names with stolen numbers. The federal E-Verify program, now mandated in only 14 states, can detect this fraud. Universal, mandatory use of E-Verify would curb this and stop virtually 100 percent of child identity theft.
Illegal immigration and high levels of identity theft go hand-in-hand. States with the most illegal immigration also have high levels of job-related identity theft. In Arizona, 33 percent or all identity theft is job-related (as opposed to identity theft motivated simply by profit).
In Texas it is 27 percent; in New Mexico, 23 percent; in Colorado, 22 percent; California, 20 percent; and in Nevada, 16 percent. Eight of the 10 states with the highest percentage of illegal aliens in their total population are among the top 10 states in identity theft (Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, Nevada, New York, Georgia, and Colorado).
Children are prime targets. In Arizona, it is estimated that over one million children are victims of identity theft. In Utah, 1,626 companies were found to be paying wages to the SSNs of children on public assistance under the age of 13. These individuals suffer very real and very serious consequences in their lives.” Illegal aliens commit felonies in order to get jobs. Illegal aliens who use fraudulent documents, perjure themselves on I-9 forms, and commit identity theft in order to get jobs are committing serious offenses and are not “law abiding.”
Illegally employed aliens send billions of dollars annually to their home countries, rather than spending it in the United States and helping stimulate the American economy. In October 2008 alone, $2.4 billion was transferred to Mexico.
Tolerance of corruption erodes the rule of law. Corruption is a serious problem in most illegal aliens’ home countries. Allowing it to flourish here paves the way for additional criminal activity and increased corruption throughout society.
Leaders support perpetrators and ignore victims. Political, civic, religious, business, education, and media leaders blame Americans for “forcing” illegal aliens to commit document fraud and identity theft. No similar concern is expressed for the American men, women, and children whose lives are destroyed in the process.”

Of course, such blatant, open , contemptuous resistance and defiance towards American law and justice leads to the formation and creation of Sanctuary cities and States. California Senator Kevin De Leon openly supports and proposals a seditious Sanctuary State bill. This Legislator sophistry for attempting to overthrow Federal authority is beyond the pale. If one disagrees with Federal law, laws can be changed in the proper venue, rather, than through sedition and sophistry.

Without question California Senator Kevin De Leon (D-LA) and his followers support, setting aside Federal immigration laws, open defiance of United States laws and authority and sedition against the office of the president of the United States. Are we to believe Mr. De Leon’s conspiratorial sedition stops at open resistance to the duly constituted laws and authority of the American Republic?

The open lawlessness, resistance and defiance of California Senator Kevin De Leon can only result in a single outcome, unless he is arrested for his seditious conduct and that is covert and eventually open involvement in a conspiratorial, seditious and treasonous movement of California independence from the United States and California allegiance to Mexico and Pacific rim nations. Americans should be concerned no doubt seditious California legislators are employed in working towards the ultimate goal of California Independence from the United States. Seditious Californians are fermenting their own whiskey rebellion over immigration and gun control issues.
