….the man without legs. where are his feet? a bomb in contact with the ground would tend to deflect the blast upwards. unless he was literally standing on the bomb when it went off, his legs would not have been vaporized out of existence. there would be pieces of them scattered about. and things like feet-encased in shoes and in contact with the ground, would be very unlikely to have been utterly destroyed. they would be there, somewhere. but none of the pictures show any body parts
