Will Boris Johnson succeed where Hitler failed?. German heavy anti personnel armour to be deployed on Britain's streets.

London Mayor Boris Johnson wants heavily armoured  German waterconnons,  designed to indiscriminately injure, deployed on the streets of our Capital. They must never be deployed on the streets of London, or any other city in this country, when the targets in their sights are the British people themselves.

An open letter sent to the Home Secretary Teresa May, raises serious questions, and doubts, about the Metropolitan Police Services proposed use of the Ziegler Wasserwafer 9000 water cannon and tear gas launcher, as well as the use of rubber bullets and, more worryingly still, the use of live rounds and their consequences as seen with the tragic death of Mark Duggan and the subsequent, disgraceful ‘lawful killing’ verdict.  

With the details of Mark Duggan’s killing and subsequent ‘lawful killing’ verdict sparking outrage on the evening news, a londoner,  wrote an  open letter to the Home Secretary Teresa May. That letter was in the post the next day…..

Dear Mrs May.

Having just learned that the London Mayor Boris Johnson wants Britain’s biggest police force, the Metropolitan Police, to be armed with ten German-made Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 water cannons which cost £1.3 million each from new, I feel I must raise some concerns, to you, the Home Secretary.. I am further aware that the Government, via yourself, refused funding for this venture and that the London Mayor Boris Johnson is to press ahead regardless funding these armoured offensive vehicles himself, via corporate shareholders. He is supposedly doing this with the assurances of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan Howe, that the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 water weapon will be “rarely seen and rarely used” and that “it would only be used in extreme situations”. I am also aware that as the Home Secretary you still have to decide whether to licence use of the machines. I ask you not to licence these urban assault weapons.The notion that the government of this country, through the police, would use of water cannons and rubber bullets on the British population here on mainland Britain and on its capitals streets is an outrage to the British autonomy and possibly a step too far.  

Many of our grandfathers gave their lives fighting to stem this kind of oppression and defending against similar entities that would seek to invade our shores with the exact same intent. using almost identical weaponry right down to the country of origin. That intent was to dominate the population, sieze control of all assests and dictate, through force if neccessary, their will over us. To clarify why I bring to your attention certain facts.
 

On December 24 2011, as a response to the suggestion that water cannons and rubber bullets be deployed on the streets to tackle rioting, the current Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe told the BBC that the focus of the police was to try to prevent disturbances. This is of relevance later. He was also quoted, then, as saying “that water cannon are “not the answer” and that he was yet to be persuaded of their benefits. and “I am not a passionate zealot for this” explained Mr Hogan-Howe. and that 

“These things are expensive, most of the time they just sit there doing nothing.“and referring to the riots at the time…

In regards to August riots, the report states that water cannon “would have been considered as a tactical option during this disorder,” while officers say it is unlikely that it would have been a practical option owing to the speed and agility of the riots.

Most notably, this factor, is of concern “while officers say it is unlikely that it [the £1.3 million water dispenser] would have been a practical option owing to the speed and agility of the rioters.”    
 

It does seem that the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 isn’t practicable in a riot situation of similar circumstances and I question the motive for it’s being at all, if the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 isn’t actually fit for purpose. At £1.3 MILLION per vehicle questions need to be asked about this, but that is just a side issue as far as I am concerned.

 

It is the primary application of the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 which I would like to address first.

 

• The primary application area of a Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 water cannon weapon like this is the use of direct physical force against persons in the framework of police security, static or slow moving groups in particular and demonstrations fit this criteria but moreso so does lawful public assembly and peaceful democratic protest, amongst other major events. It would be fair to conclude that protests would be covered under other major events also.  

It has three launcher tubes, two at the front with a throughput of up to 1200 l / min and a throw distance of 65 meters with 10 bar pressure and a rear with up to 900 l / min and a throw distance of 50 meters. It also has Two Digidos-Proportioning compartments for infusing harmful irritants in the water such as CN or CS tear gas allowing proportioning rates from 0.1 to 1.5 percent so it is possible to add mixtures and add gas aerosol.. Use of hazardous substances by the Turkish Police was observed, in horror, by people all over the world.  Many life threatening and serious injuries from first degree skin burns to ruptured spleens to being blinded have been attributed to the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000. 

 

• The Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 has been seen on the streets of many capital cities, in many oppressed (moreso than ours) countries which have imposed a tyrannical and undemocratic police state. All over the world peaceful protests and protesters are put down brutality, vigorously and often using Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 pump action water cannons with chemicals added. Bahrain is a very good example. 
• Ten of these Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000,  the City of London now feels it needs?. Why?.  To protect from rioting?. But we have already established that the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 twin tub would be rendered nearly useless by the speed, pace and agility of any rioters. Not to mention the cost of the water damage to property and person.

So two of the questions i would like to put to you are. 

 

• Will the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 be deployed and used against peaceful protesters or large public gatherings where ill feeling toward the government and its policies may be present even though no rioting, or the potential for rioting exists and by the same token would the Ziegler Wasserwafer 9000 be used against the people of the British Isles after intimidation, provocation. and assaults from aggressive police force those ordinary citizens to retailiate but only in the name of self preservation and self defence?.

• Are we to understand that corporate sponsors of ‘London’ are paying a total of £13 million for weapons for our Police Force?. Would they be the same corporate sponsors who were, and are allegedly, heavily courting ministers with lucrative and tempting offers to sway beneficial legislation that empowers them, and punishes the person?. To be frank, this sort of blatant financial courting by the ‘shareholders’ (the vast majority of whom are corporations) is the exact mirror of Goldman Sachs sponsoring and supplying all the new New York Police Department scooters before they set about removing ‘robustly’ the protesters from the financial and corporate institutions around Wall Street.. .. 

  It really is unacceptable to have corporations, through the government, through the police inflicting suffering on a living person. 

  Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley has been quoted as saying. “I want to do everything possible to help prevent the MPS, and more importantly Londoners, from being in that position again.”  source http://research.yougov.co.uk/.  

If the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 isn’t suitable for the role, what “other means to help prevent Londoners from being in that position again” is the Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley looking at?. Maybe if the police stopped short of shooting unarmed British people and started investigating serious high level political and corporate crimes, some of which are so heinous, that I could not go into them here, then we wouldn’t have a discontent public simply because the corruption and the cronyism would be investigated, and where applicable, prosecuted.
 

• Naturally, the obstacle there, and the dilemma for the police, is the fact that all European Members of Parliament, and that includes British MP’s, who as of 2005 appear to be,  thanks entirely to a little known piece of legislation, immune from questioning, or investigation and prosecution by the police for any crime unless they are caught in the act, with the exception of driving offences and hate crimes and even they cannot be historical. Apparently this hinders police investigations and can sometimes lead to them being closed down. 

The Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 spleen buster is clearly more suited to, and designed for, drenching (sometimes with chemicals), and in some cases, seriously injuring indiscriminate people, who may be guilty of no crime, and simply protesting lawfully over genuine grievances about, and to, their Governments who suddenly finds themselves launched through the air by a, up to 1200 l / min, jet of water from out of the blue.

• The Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 has been observed all around the world in countries pumping thousands of gallons of chemical infused water on their citizens. On citizens trying to force democratic change on undemocratic countries. Democratic movements for change in totalitarian fascist regimes, regimes that are mostly denounced by this government, aspire to be a democracy like the United Kingdom, so how is it possible that the idea of deploying the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 skin peeler on the streets of our country be even entertained. 
   

Sir Bernard Hogan Howe said of the Ziegler Wasserwafer 9000  ”We have seen them in Northern Ireland.They have been effective there, but they do have their limitations, they are not the answer,” .
 

• But, this is not Northern Ireland. There are no ’Troubles’, and there haven’t been any bullets fired or weapons discharged by the public or even protesters. No bullets flying around. In fact the only threat of bullets comes in the shape of rubber ones from the police force, or graver still, the use of live ones, ironically highlighted right now in the Mark Duggan shooting,.

I ask. 
Are the Government trying to tell the British public that they are subject to, and due, the same ramifications that the IRA faced as a consequence of bombing campaigns on the main land? Rubber bullets and German water cannons!. Did we really, as a nation, survive the Blitz only for our own successions of Government’s to legislate to use force on us?.

 

• Peaceful protest in this country is so often met these days with provocation and intimidation by the police forces of the UK, which in turn fuels the volatile situation. Naturally, this tactic is seen played out on the world stage daily. All too often it is done with the intent to spark confrontation and ultimately violence. Thus allowing the controlled media to get the pictures and video footage they need to demonize the demograph in the tabloids, and on the breakfast shows the next day. It also supplies the police ample opportunity and fabricated ‘justification’ for ‘robust’ policing, and paves the way for yet more restrictive legislation.

The public and protesters recieve a press release type mantra that normally follows the vein of “it is any persons legitimate and lawful right to protest and that the police will always ‘facilitate’ peaceful protest”. In reality that simply isn’t true. Is it any wonder that the British public are disillusioned with, and mistrusting of, the British police.
 

• Many of the more heavily policed protests, where intimidation and provocation are aggressively being used by the police spawn more heated reactions and confrontations. Violent reaction is more often than not down to intentional tactical intimidation and provocation by the police, this is something witnessed often first hand and documented on numerous occasions.. I am quite sure that, if the public grasped just how ineffective these Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 squirty guns were in a genuine ‘riot’ situation, they too, would become concerned especially at the £1.3 MILLION each price tag or maybe they, like me, will wonder if there isn’t just a little bit more to the motive behind legislating for, and ultimately deploying the vehicles, than just on the off chance that there may be another riot. A riot that the vehicle has already been declared unfit for. 
   

So I am also extremely concerned that the motive might be attributed to the desire felt by this Government and the UK police service to quell any foreseeable mass popular discontent, peaceful protests or large public assemblies that may not wish to disperse, or comply, until their grievances have been addressed. 
 

• After recent events regarding the killing of Mark Duggan and the subsequent ‘lawful killing’ verdict, the public’s perception of the Police Service is at an all time low and in my opinion, rightly so. The public are, quite rightly, beginning to question the role of the British police over their ability to investigate the high level corporate and political cronyism and worse the, still stonewalled, Elm Grove scandal, or the fraudulent behaviour of the incestuous banking system even. Instead of watching the British Police ‘Service’ do their job fairly and diligently, the public are watching on youtube and alternative media, videos right now of Greater Manchester Police, Met Police and other constabularies brutalising, intimidating and assaulting the same public as they are. 
   

Video footage of elderly gentlemen getting his leg broken by the police, old ladies grabbed round the neck and dragged away backwards from a peaceful ecological demonstration, in Manchester ( link below) and the public see time and time again whitewash verdicts in the deaths of members of the public at the police’s hands and The Public are quite rightly disgusted.

To summarise Home Secretary,
 

• If you sign off on the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000  it will not just be used, as is stated, to quell riots, unless of course there are food riots during the predicted economic collapse, and even then that would be totally unacceptable. In those predicted times of extreme economic hardship what will be the policy regarding using the Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 power shower on the starving unwashed masses who are searching for food in the near future?. Have contingency plans been made to help feed the hungry, homeless and displaced of the UK when they are starving and panicking?. 
• Or will it be simpler, and less cost effective in the long haul, to just turn the water cannons and loose off a few rounds of rubber bullets on the staving?. I think the British public would like to know.The Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000, with the compartment to add chemicals to the water, and designed specifically for crowd dispersal will almost certainly be seen at large demonstrations or large protests, which along with marching, are a basic Human Right belonging to us, as individuals. So why would demonstrators expect to see a Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000 water dispenser, if we are entitled, by law, to protest our Governments en mass and sustained?. Unless it was to gently remind us who has the military power.
   

• Home Secretary, the uniform of, the once greatly admired, British Police Force is badly stained and the line between policing by consent and a police state seems to have become blurred. The people of the UK are, by consent, subject to Common Law. Corporate law is legal fiction and goes against the very essence of natural law. They are Statutes and Acts. 

 

The fact is Mrs May that you, the Home Secretary, have been well documented in several press outlets and on main stream news (link below) time and time again over the last 2 years reminding the world that the British population are‘policed by consent’ and the British population are policed by consent.  Because if the UK were not being policed by consent then the people of the UK would be, from that point on, the subjects of a totalitarian regime and a police state ruled using fear and oppression. That is what the United Kingdom would be in the eyes of the rest of the world and that is what our grandfathers, fathers and sons died, and are still dying, for in wars today.

To consent to be policed I have had to ask myself, 

 

• Does that consent extend to standing by whilst the police forces of this country are armed with, trained to use, and looking to justify the spenditure on, potentially lethal  weaponry?. Weaponry that is designed to be used indiscriminately on static or slow moving crowds being deployed on this country’s own people?. Weaponry that is not suitable for riots conditions?. 
  .
• Does that consent extend to ignoring that a two tier police system exists within our society, a system where immunity from questioning, investigation and prosecution exists for some but not for others?
  .
• Does that consent extend to blindly accepting cover ups, whitewashes and the closing down of investigations that may expose the crimes of the rich, influential and famous?. 
  .
• Do I consent to, after having seen cases similar to the Elm Grove investigation, hampered or closed down on ‘orders from above’, and hushed up with no transparency, Government ministers and Members of Parliament interferring with police investigations and then legislating to curtail them?.
• Do I consent to the UK police’s resignation to simply do this, and all previous Government of this country’s, bidding unquestioningly with any serious allegations and offences?
  .
• Do I consent with the inexplicable amount of police related deaths of members of the public, or the chilling fact that no police officer or force has ever been held accountable?.
  .
• Does that same consent extend to simply writing off the trillions of pounds of the peoples money gambled, laundered and stolen away by the global banking industry with, as yet, not one single senior banker being held criminally accountable because they haven’t been investigated by the Police, whilst at the same time watching forced evictions, in the rain, of families from there homes?.
  .
• Should my consent extend to condoning and remaining silent while the homeless population have their possessions and blankets snatched by the UK police service across the country and watching passively the physical removal and criminalising of the rough sleepers from derelict buildings on cold Wintersnights? Should I consent to be policed by a force that claims ”that the focus of the police was to try to prevent disturbances” when all around I see the police instigating and inflaming disturbances that would be beneficial to the government?  

   and finally I have to ask myself. 
   

• Should I consent to be policed by a force who may shoot me dead with a firearm, or blast me with into infinity with a water cannon, all without even a weapon in my hand or due process being followed? 
   

Home Secretary, the answer, to all, is No. Emphatically No.

 

As a man of principle and as an Englishman, I cannot and will not consent to be policed by a body that has so many failings. Nor will I tolerate a poor substitute in the guise of G4s or alike. I have no confidence, or faith, in the police service of the UK at this time or the Government to make amends.  How could I possibly?. They do not do their job enforcing the law fairly and equally to all. .Far from it. Only today an article in The Independent cites ‘deep rooted corruption and bribery’ within Scotland Yard.

 

• Having established that my consent is needed by the police services of the UK, and that I do not consent. I have openly registered this fact, and notified by registered recorded delivery, all the relevant forces which the Chief Constable of said forces has an obligation to share downwards at least once a year. I will make officers immediately aware should one engage me and should they overstep their lawful authority ultra vires, then fees will apply and will be pursued. I think before any organisation can enforce the law, they must first be able to transparently police their own and demonstrate to the public their abilities to investigate and prosecute at every level of society, not just the poor.

I hope that I will not to see the Ziegler Wasserwefer 9000 on the Metropolitan Police Services’s equpiment list or on our city streets, but if I do, then I shall know how it got there and that our grandfathers, fathers, and sons were, and actually are, fighting and dying in wars based on a falsehood. 

 

• The falsehood being that Democracy and Freedom in the United Kingdom exists. 

Neither democracy nor freedom can exist if weapons of terror like the Ziegler Wassenwafer 9000 are deployed, or even threaten to be deployed, on the Capital’s streets with the people of the UK in their sights. Because at the same time our British soldiers are fighting and dying in the sights of an enemy that would see the same heavy armour rolled out across the countiry’s capital should they ever breach our shore if they had their way. Our soliders fight and die, in the sights of the enemy, in wars, protecting the very freedoms we supposedly enjoy. Whilst, at home in dear ol’ Blighty, the public face the possibility of being killed or seriously injured by their own Police Service using the exact same weapons. Weapons designed to burn, maim, control and intimidate. 

It is the epitome of hypocracy, and would therefore constitute a lie.
