When the Caliphate (ISIS) strikes the USA

Do you remember where you were on that fateful day of September 11, 2001? If you are old enough, you most certainly do remember where you were and what you were doing when the terrorists struck the United States. On that day, 19 Middle Eastern terrorists boarded four different commercial jet planes and committed the worst act of terror on United State’s soil.

Those events by those 19 terrorists forever changed the United states of America and not for the better either. Since that day, our freedoms have been under assault by an oversized government with an appetite for power and one that sees opportunity for government expansion whenever a crisis strikes. We have been told repeatedly (warned) for quite some time now that the next attack on US soil is coming; just a matter of time and that it will be bigger more pronounced than the attacks of 911.

In the Middle East, a very dangerous thing for the West is happening and happening rapidly. A Muslim Caliphate is growing literally by the day. What is a Caliphate? A Caliphate is taken from the Arabic word Khilafa which means ‘succession’. A Caliphate is an Islamic state led by a man with dual power for he is both the supreme religious leader and a primary political leader, also known as a Caliph or successor to Mohammed. The Caliph closely follows and strictly adheres to Sharia law over the land.

Most likely, you have heard about what is going on in Iraq and how ISIS has for the most part taken over the nation of Iraq. ISIS stands for Islamic State of Iraq and many prefer to say it stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. Either way it is growing in strength and numbers by the day and there seems to be no stopping it from challenging other Middle Eastern nations such as Jordan.

Beyond posing a huge geopolitical problem for the United States, a growing Caliphate with a prolific Jihadist movement is a real and present danger to Israel and it is a physical danger to the United States as well. The Caliphate is essentially a Sunni Muslim State that could serve as a launching platform for attacks against the United States and its interests abroad unlike anything we have witnessed before.

Therefore, while September 11, 2001 was a major game changer for the United States, it pales in comparison to the dangers a Caliphate does pose. If a Caliphate gets its hands on nuclear weapons all bets are off. In addition, it would become a situation in the world, where anything could and probably would happen.

I do not propose to have any answers for this frightening situation but most Americans are not informed about the world and therefore do not realize just how much danger we could be in now and in the foreseeable future from the Caliphate. Now is the time to educate yourself and your family on this important topic and to prepare for a very uncertain future.
