during ww2, here in canada, there were internment camps for italians also. even though many people served in the can army, or had relatives who did, still they were shipped off.
my own granparents, though not sent to camps, were harassed and terrorized. the police took guns out of the house, guns used to feed families and women were harassed while their men worked at night in the coal mines.
the other men refused to work with italians, so they either laid them off or put them on night shift.
the english would break into homes then as they knew there were no men there.
horrible things have happened to many peoples, not just jews, and we need to all talk about it.

i watched that doc a few times. we were lied to about hitler and the jewish role in the causation of the war, who funded the war…..everything. i posted that doc here on bin several times and you can see that if you look at my list of posts. one thing we must not forget about hitler….his regime was a totalitarian regime, run on terror and murder, and that is still slavery and wrong. thanks for the comment.
