Global terorism, from Nigeria to Turkey, uses girls as young s 11 to blow up highly trafficked markets, train/bus stations and police stations.  The latest bombing in Istanbul targetted a train overpassn, accordind to aljazeera:

Five people were injured in an explosion on an overpass near an Istanbul metro station during the Tuesday evening rush hour, the district mayor said, halting some train operations and heightening security fears.
