11 Cancer Doctors All Found Murdered Within Three Months

In case you missed the memo we are living in a fascist regime. The relationship between the corporation and ruling government has created an environment where there is no rule of law, at least where this sisterhood is concerned anyway. Corporations although classified as people by our corrupt Supreme Court appreciate almost total impunity for their crimes, but rather are allowed to pay fines that amount to a drop in a bucket based on their annual profits. On the other hand real people, American citizens routinely go to prison for petty crimes like stealing a pizza, for drugs, or other minor offenses that are victimless. The disparity is enough to make you vomit!

Let me use the one of the nations largest healthcare providers as an example. Kaiser is a criminal organization. That may sound harsh or like some convoluted exaggeration however it’s true. What I mean by assigning the well earned title of criminals is that this organization flat out refuses to obey established laws. Here in California for instance the Heath & Safety Codes Patients Bill of Rights requires physicians to either treat a patients pain or refer them to a doctor who will. Kaiser refuses to acknowledge this law refusing to treat chronic pain patients who have a problem with being singled out for special suspicion based stipulations placed on therapy, or discrimination against the disabled as the Americans with Disability Act of 1990 considers it.

Patients suffering from chronic pain conditions are currently singled out of the patient pool and required to sign redundant contracts whose degrading provisions mirror criminal statute. I mean how demeaning! Even though they are guilty of nothing and there exists no indicators of prescription abuse, these suffering patients are being forced into a Bill of Rights defying mandate requiring them to participate in a drug screen regimen unsupported by law, legal writ, warrant or court order. Kaiser doesn’t give a rats behind that federal law prohibits anyone including them from discriminating against the disabled? They are fully aware that chronic pain is under federal definition a protected disability.

It sure doesn’t stop there either. In their quest for power and control over their patients, doctors or the third leading cause of premature death in America, who are competing for stature are the ones enforcing this sick corporate policy. From what I’ve witnessed they will stop at nothing, they will sacrifice their Hippocratic Oath at the patient’s detriment faster than Russia’s new supersonic intercontinental ballistic missile would hit the west coast. The evidence speaks for itself.

In my case I refused to sign a contract where there is no meeting of the minds, an essential ingredient in contract law. In this document exists a number of restrictions I was supposed to agree to if I wanted the treatment for my neurological conditions. Note I have already paid for these services in advance. This contract was really offensive to me as the things being restricted are already criminal violations of the law. I had done nothing wrong and was totally unprepared for the heightened level of scrutiny being placed on me. I was even more uncomfortable with the implications of such requirement being in my opinion suggestive of wrong doing, which I was never guilty of.

The other complication stemmed from my reluctance to grant blanket authority to my healthcare provider over my Constitutional protections. When first asked for a urine specimen under the premise of monitoring the amount of painkillers in my system I voiced my objection but understood the necessity of a federally mandated annual screening and was willing to accommodate in a limited sense. In cooperation, offering as a measure of good faith I provided and number samples over a short period of time until I eventually put my foot down. I at that point refused to provide any more than what was required by law. In my present state of agony it is often difficult to travel back and forth across town to Kaiser. This imposition in unison with my desire to retain a recognizable level of human dignity motivated my defiant posturing.

My primary physician and corporate brown noser at Kaiser’s Roseville, California location at the time Dr. Steven Koa was so motivated to forcing unfair policy provisions down my throat, when conventional control mechanisms failed he devised a nefarious scheme to extort from me the bio-material I had consistently denied him based on my forth amendment guarantee to personal privacy. The highly motivated lapdog of corporate interests aborted standard protocol and abruptly stopped addictive opiate therapy purposely throwing me into a state of untreated neuromusculoskeletal agony and chemical withdrawals.

I have a two bad heart valves, arteriosclerosis and an aortic aneurysm on top of my neurological despair. I am near sixty years old this action has placed my health at significant risk. The additional stress involve in under treatment exacerbates the progression of disease. In spite of the variables Dr. Steven Koa did with malice aforethought literally used purposely conjured distress as a way to extort a contested urine specimen from me. As a qualified physician with access to my confidential medical records Dr. Koa used his foreknowledge of my medical condition and what would inevitably transpire through abrupt stoppage of addictive pharmaceuticals. He used this information to forge a weapon of compliance, the switchblade to my throat, the deal I couldn’t refuse so to speak. This may in fact violate California’s Section 206pc of the penal code, the restriction on torture. My niece the attorney seem to think so!

Since this abuse Kaiser physicians have refused to treat me for most everything, requiring me to sign a pain contract or forsake treatment even where pain is not the primary issue. I have been sent home several times from the ER and office visits for abdominal pain that was never addressed. No examination, no tests and no diagnosis. The pain has worsened over the past two years to the point it is now difficult to sit up all the way or bend over.

After much wrangling I was finally able to convince one doctor based on Kaiser’s contract obligation to provide services. I threatened a lawsuit if they would not refer me to Genetics for an evaluation to rule out a disease called Neurofibromatosis as being the underlying cause of my chronic pain. Believe me self diagnosing is really difficult! This was six months ago and no report has been generated, but I did however receive from that physician a referral to classes at Kaiser that promote techniques of enduring pain like biofeedback. Techniques I have tried in the past unsuccessfully, that have no measurable affect on the type and level of pain I suffer.

My point in sharing this is that things have really, really changed here in America. I think we’ve reached a breaking point so hold onto your hats, it’ll be an interesting ride. The powers that be are way beyond caring what the people think or what the law or constitution requires. They set their agenda and intend to enforce it no matter what the Constitution or anything else says. The legal authorities refuse to hold doctors and healthcare providers accountable. Attorneys, even those who represent themselves as Christian like the one at 916 444-4444 don’t have the guts or the resources to go up against the deep pockets of Kaiser. So then, who ya gonna to call, the ghost busters! Nobody’s listening but god!
