How do we as Americans counter the ANTIFA / Communist aggression and terrorism in America?
Just after Homeland Security came into existence following 9/11, a citizen anti-terrorism program was developed under the DHS umbrella. The program was called the Highway Watch Program (HWW) and because I was hoodwinked into thinking a tall slinky terrorist, living in a cave, commanded and ordered the 9/11 attack, I got involved with HWW and was trained by DHS as a Counter-Terrorism Instructor / Trainer. I was provided with specific intel and tools to train and certify commercial drivers at major trucking companies as the “eyes and ears” on the highway….Observing, Assessing, and Reporting (OAR) any and all suspicious activities of any Middle Eastern looking individuals that might appear to be suspicious in their activities in and around the trucking industry was the mainstay of the program.
At the time, at least 5 tankers had gone missing and the threat of placing a tanker next to a target was considered as deadly as a B-52 bomber dropping bombs.
The HWW program began to evolve into training Law Enforcement, First Responders and Neighborhood Watch groups of which were my subject areas since I was not a commercial driver at the time.
It was a very simple program that trained citizens of what to look for and could call an 800 number (DHS Command Center) which in-turn would activate law enforcement accordingly. An example would be for volunteers to watch electric utility areas, railroads, airport perimeters, and any sensitive targets that could be compromised. Keeping an eye on the terrorist pre-planning phase was very important, because trial runs and taking pictures of targets is usually the pre-requisite to the attack, as the NYC attack was planned in advance with a trial run. If the Home Depot employee had been an HWW trained volunteer, he/she could have asked the right questions to determine if the individual renting the truck was a suspicious person of interest.
Unfortunately, the HWW program was terminated around 2010 AFTER an estimated 80,000 volunteers had been successfully trained. What a waste…
Why?? Maybe budget constraints, or was it because the Home Depot employee would have been fired if he/she had asked too many questions in today’s “Politically Correct” paradigm….causing the renter to be offended over his ethnic origin? Questioning the monster that mowed down children and others with the Home Depot truck might have been offended, if not paranoid….and 8 people might still be alive.
The HWW program was very effective, according to weekly reports, but after the program was shut down, it appeared to me it was just a ruse in itself to convince the public that America was under attack and more terrorist acts were coming, when the truth of the matter was no…..we weren’t because the truth about 9/11 began to surface.
Well….here we are again with a threat far worse than what we thought was coming after 9/11. And the fact…..it is a declared terrorist group (ANTIFA) with ties to ISIS, but being managed by a former president and former head of the DoJ. Obama and Eric Holder’s (OFA) is being financed by George Soros, running a full page NYC ad about the November 4th “Revolution to take-down the Trump/Pence Regime.”
Our infrastructure is vulnerable to attacks nationwide and the upcoming DoD Emergency Exercise, involving a “Solar Storm” shutdown of the grid system, might be a ruse to place law enforcement and DHS assets into critical areas that could be attacked by ANTIFA terrorists. Let’s certainly hope so….
What can you do??
First of all….infrastructure attacks may not occur immediately, but could happen over the next few weeks or even months. If that’s the case….there will have to be extensive planning for such an attack and that involves suspicious individuals (one or more), taking pictures of non-tourist areas. Strange occupied vehicles sitting and watching activity in those sensitive areas, out-of-state tags, and YES…profile, profile, profile for non-whites. Sorry, but that’s the reality, however…sympathetic whites to the ANTIFA / ISIS cause could easily pose a possible threat….even though ANTIFA declared “Civil War on all whites and Trump supporters, including the mass killing of cops.”
Because HWW is none existent but you have time on your hands and you want to do something for your community, I would suggest…you get together with other like minded individuals and form a group of citizen watch volunteers. You can name it anything, example: “Community Service Patrol.”
Select a well spoken leader and take your concerns and plans to your local council, but more importantly, meet with your local sheriff and police chief.
Have a plan of action to volunteer your time to sit and watch sensitive areas around your community from a potential terrorist attack. Most important reason to notify law enforcement, is to let them know that a volunteer will be sitting at a certain location, from this time to this time, type of vehicle/color, and tag number. Purpose, is to keep law enforcement from looking at you suspiciously….
Some law enforcement chiefs and sheriffs will tell you….they will NOT condone or support your efforts, ESPECIALLY in areas like Berkeley California where law enforcement is sympathetic to ANTIFA terrorism, but in any case…..just inform the chief or sheriff, your group will be active in those sensitive areas ANYWAY (your Constitutional Right), and you will call their dispatch with the appropriate information of those volunteering for that specific location. If you receive further resistance with threats of being arrested, take your cause to the mayor. Note: They can’t arrest you for sitting in your vehicle outside any secure area unless they want to play the “Loitering Card.”
Most law enforcement should welcome your efforts to be their “eyes and ears” allowing them to concentrate on other areas, even though they won’t tell you that.
At the onset of the attack on Pearl Harbor the “Civil Defense” corps was established and volunteers along the Pacific Coast of America were trained reference the description of Japanese aircraft. Volunteers sat in their vehicles, at the beach, from San Diego to Seattle watching the skies.
Today, we have an infrastructure that could easily be destroyed, causing numerous deaths and inconveniences, therefore…..we as citizens must get involved
Being pro-active in sensitive areas is no different than being pro-active in your neighborhood under the sanction of law enforcement’s Neighborhood Watch Program. Explain that to a chief or sheriff in defiance of what you wish to do…..
A very large group across America, always wanting to be part of a civil defense initiative, are the Ham Radio (ARRL) operators, and now is the time for them to do something constructive for America. Less focus on the DoD Exercise November 4th communications abilities, more concentration of terrorist acts in their own communities.
America is at war and that war is in our backyard.

Antifa Set To Terrorize America: Objective Is To “Cause Civil Unrest And Initiate Rioting In Many Major American Cities”
The organization known as Antifa has declared its intentions to cause civil unrest and initiate rioting in many major American cities on November 4, 2017. Now, Antifa is supposed to stand for “Anti-Fascist,” concurrently denouncing “Capitalism.” They are comprised of leftists, anarchists, Marxists, and communists. They have many groups that are sympathetic, such as University students and professors, the media, and the Marxist Oligarchy of this country who fund their operations indirectly or promulgate their activities with other forms of support. Antifa is also intelligent enough to not have a central committee or an operating headquarters that could be arrested or targeted respectively. They follow a very “fluidly dynamic” pattern of utilizing social media and cell phones to coordinate overall activities, while keeping individual tasks compartmentalized with insulation between their teams/units to prevent compromise of the movement. Such very closely mirrors the activities of the Viet Cong organizational structure minus the hierarchy of a chain-of-command structure.
It is the appearance of being “disorganized” that is the central tenet to their organizational structure: haphazard, akin to a barbarian horde, but with each individual being focused upon the stated objectives. They accomplish their goals while outwardly appearing to be haphazard or ineffective. The reason: they are forming the “template,” or standard, and their test for its effectiveness will be November 4th. Their protests and demonstrations have notably been waged against conservative groups and meetings.
Antifa is another tool of the Marxists and Communists in power in the U.S., both politically (the Senate and House of Representatives, infested with communists and globalists) and economically (Oligarchs, CEO’s and large corporate segments of banking, business, and industry) with one objective:
