Aw! Looks like it’s settlement time from the vultures of RightHaven. They have contacted me not about my situation being verified but to want me to pay them a settlement.
Since I have mild autism and brittle type 1 diabetes I do not work a job and am disabled and me and my mother have told them that over and over again. The settlement of the lawsuit case over 1 TSA Photo was told to me and my over the phone. He told me that I can settle for $6,000 and that because of my situation of being a disabled blogger he said that we can just pay $100 to $200 every month of my disability money.
“You can simply pay us $100 to $200 every month” then they changed it because of my disability and said “You can simply pay us monthly of $50 a month” and “That is the lowest RightHaven has ever gone for any case”
Yes I admit I have disabilities and I know that vaccines are the cause of it including the Rhogam shot and so that is part of the reason I became a political news blogger. Another reason was to wake people up after I saw the Obama Deception, Endgame, and other documentaries. I am a firm believer in Justice, Freedom, Liberty, and a end to human suffering by a elite group of criminals.
I have suffered with this disease since my childhood days and that is what gives me strength at USWGO Alternative News. I don’t care about money, I don’t care about success, and all I care about is waking people up about political corruption with my website. I hope people won’t attack or judge me over my disabilities because it is what makes me a fighter and why I never gave up with USWGO Alternative News pre-lawsuit wise.
I know I may never have the chance now to prove vaccines are what caused my disability and so this lawsuit has scared me into shutting down my website because technically RightHaven can copyright anything they want and can sue people accordingly and that is a fact.
Also the settlement attorney said they can garnish my disability money but in fact it is illegal to garnish money from a disabled person. Also as I kept telling RightHaven over and over again that I removed the copyright infringing photo they still want settlement money from me in the form of $6,000.
Also I ask that people don’t have negative views on me for being a disabled political news blogger because I care about a better humanity, that there are cures instead of drugs and pills, and that suffering would be a thing of the past and that humanity can accelerate into a better future then the ones that the globalists want for the world.

He also kept insisting that I’m intelligent like hes hinting around that means I am not disabled but that is not true. Intelligence does not certify that I am not disabled in fact there are many smart people with disabilities because their intelligence is their strength while their disability is their weakness. I am sick of any high ups assumptions that to be disabled I have to be very stupid and have no brain and lick the boots of tyranny.
I will always fight for whats right even if I go through seizures and autistic routines. It doesn’t change who I am so the fact everyone in America will know I am disabled I am not afraid to admit that because people will always judge you no matter what and what matters is defeating tyranny and restore Liberty.

This settlement attorney will violate the law if he even attempts to garnish disability money because that money is for people that are suffering from disabilities.
I may look healthy and I am intelligent but I suffer everyday from health problems that was probably caused by certain ingredients in vaccines. My suffering was why I always fought so hard with my website USWGO. Now I feel like I am forever being silenced and so that is why I hope that the American Bar Association investigates RightHaven attorneys for even suggesting of garnishing money from disabled.

I thought of something that may be relevant. You are 18 or older, right? If not, they ~might~ be able to go after Mom. You need to ask a lawyer if you’re under 18.
If you are over 18 and your only income is Social Security disability, you are what they call “judgment proof”. Even if Righthaven managed to get a $150,000 settlement against you, there is no way they could ever collect it. See 42 U.S.C. 407(a):
“In general The right of any person to any future payment under this subchapter shall not be transferable or assignable, at law or in equity, and none of the moneys paid or payable or rights existing under this subchapter shall be subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process, or to the
operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law.”

I am in the same situation. I told Righthaven that they will never collect anything from me so they can drop the lawsuit if they don’t want to waste anymore money on it.
The one thing I do have plenty of it time. So if they want to be @$$holes about it, I say, “Bring it on!” I have nothing to lose. Neither do you, assuming you are over 18. (I’m close enough to Las Vegas to appear in court if I have to.)
I have nothing to lose by fighting it and I also have nothing to gain other than satisfaction. But my fight ~may~ help someone else. If you fight it too, it may also help someone else with much more to lose.
