VALLEJO: Cop Punches Victim (US Soldier) For Complaining It Took 45 Minutes To Respond Video
This story began when a package arrived in the mail from someone inside the department. It was a DVD, a police report, and a letter complaining about a “cowboy attitude” by officers and command staff.
The ABC7 News I-Team has uncovered a new complaint of excessive force against Vallejo police — the incident, caught on camera. The department is already reeling after a violent year, including six people shot and killed by officers.
This officer was out of line. The victim was somewhat disrespectful to the office, but he did nothing threating to the officer. The only thing the officer did not do, was tazer this man to death. If you think that is an extreme statement. Realize that this same police department did just that to another victim.
The mother of a man who died after Vallejo police shocked him numerous times with a Taser has filed a federal civil-rights lawsuit against the city, accusing officers of using excessive force.
When the law breaks the law, there is no law!
The police are public servents that are supposed to protect and serve the people of the communities the serve.
This is clearly not happening. How can anyone call the cops for assistance after watching how they treat the very people who called them for help?

The police protect and serve…each other. The police are an ever increasing gang of arrogant, lawless predators at large in our cities. Many police, like the government, generally have forgotten that they work for us, we do not work for the police. We also have forgotten that the police work for us, but we are not their subjects. Many police feel that they are not accountable for their actions, and instead have become disrespectful of citizens worldwide.
People should be respecting the police as we did decades ago, instead we fear the police because of their disrespect for us. Now, and for a long time, the police are routinely getting away with lying, falsifying records, torture, murder, drug crimes, theft, framing, illegal search and seizures, rape, intimidation, and terrorism. The overlords of the police rarely see differently and protect their blue brothers with the oft heard “they did nothing wrong, they followed procedure, case closed.” As in this case, where the corrupted essentially electrocuted a man for three continuous minutes in a very alarming sadistic act. Their protectors arrogantly stated that the officers no harm. We know this is a lie, yet they seem untouchable, they know that they are untouchable. They are the untouchables. They are the foundation of a vicious police state.
With each such acts of lawlessness, the sadistic and lawless elements in the police force become emboldened, and their despicable acts of unbridled violence increases exponentially.
