Now this is interesting. The Proposed 28th Amendment The Amendment is as follows:
“Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.”
Now the politicians will have to follow the same rules and laws they put on us! This is something worth considering, though I’m not a big fan of changing The Constitution, this amendment is something that could change the tide in this country and protect the citizen of the US from tyrannical laws applied by this or any other regime.

This amendment is looong overdue. But sadly, it will never get passed. Only through a revolution will our government be changed.

There is an a ratified amendment that will be numbered #28 once the Department of Commerce or the Archivist of the USA notifies Congress of it’s ratification. http://www.CongressionalApportionmentAmendment.com was ratified by 1791 when Vermont voted for the amendment. What was unknown was the 1790 vote by Connecticut for all 12 of the Bill of Rights amendments. (You didn’t know there were 12 amendments?) When you insert the Connecticut vote, and when Kentucky comes in at 1792 and votes for all 12 amendments, we then had 80% of the states voting for the CAA. We have a 28th amendment.
