This is hands down, one of the most blatant acts of police misconduct, abuse of power and MURDER.

In yet another of hundreds of cases where police beat an innocent man to death, former Officer Manuel Ramos and former Corporal Jay Cicinelli are found not guilty of the outright murder of Kelly Thomas.

Kelly Thomas Murderers Found Not Guilty – Begs Question..When It Is Okay To Kill A Cop?

This is hands down, one of the most blatant acts of police misconduct, abuse of power and MURDER.

In yet another of hundreds of cases where police beat an innocent man to death, former Officer Manuel Ramos and former Corporal Jay Cicinelli are found not guilty of the outright murder of Kelly Thomas.

As you can plainly see from the video, a homeless man, Kelly (age 37), was talking to officer Ramos on the street corner.  Ramos already had his nightstick out, ready to use it if Thomas did not comply with every demand.

From this point, it does not take long for Ramos and Cicinelli to escalate the situation.

“See my fists, they are getting ready to (expletive) you up.”  Those were the words to Thomas from Ramos for not putting his hands on his knees.  This should be the first sign that the murderer Ramos should not be allowed loose in public.

Thomas then stands up because he is tired of getting harassed and man handled by Ramos and that is where the brutality begins.

The video shows Ramos and Cicinelli murdering Thomas and then more cops coming to help kill this innocent man.

Do you know what the punishment for standing up when a cop tells you different?

The picture above is what Ramos, Cicinelli and one criminal judge deems as a fit punishment for the crime of being homeless, schizophrenic and simply talking to the cops.

After a brutal beating, stomping, kneeing, choking and tasing, Thomas died in the hospital five days later.  His killers are now walking the streets as free men.

The title of this article may seem a bit harsh to some, but know that this incident is a far cry from being isolated.

Hundreds of innocent people every year are brutalized and murdered by police and not a single thing is ever done about it.  If anything has changed, it just gets worse every year.

The question “When is it okay to kill a cop?”, may seem like a horrible thought to most, but what if Kelly Thomas was your son or daughter?  What if, when Thomas was begging them to stop and calling out to his dad for help..what if you were the dad who couldn’t be there?

My answer to the question.. When in self defense.  That badge doesn’t make them bullet proof nor does it make it okay for them to kill innocent people.
