The Simple Solution To Eric Holder, Criminal Justice Corruption and the Two-Tiered System of Law Enforcement

We Americans have stood by and watched in horror as prosecutors have hid, falsified and destroyed evidence, tampered with juries, convicted innocent people, excused police perjury, and piled on false charges to coerce guilty pleas for minor offenses of which a defendant was innocent.  We have watched the court system excuse police brutality, torture and murder.  We have seen professional accountability fail miserably. 

Testilying has become such a commonplace occurrence that judges and prosecutors simply refuse to take action.  There have been thousands of cases of cops planting drugs, and beating and charging with crimes those who videotape their brutality. 

The court system has provided blanket immunity to prosecutors who have hid blood evidence that was 100% exculpatory to maintain a conviction they knew to be wrongful.  In one case law instance a prosecutor actually began both arresting and deporting witnesses to prevent a victim from being able to prove his innocence.  When it was discovered, the Supreme Court determined the victim had no right to sue.

Just Google: “Innocent Man Freed on Blood Evidence” and you will come across dozens upon dozens of cases where police lied, prosecutors hid evidence and in many cases either killed or tried to kill innocent men with state-sanctioned executions to hide police and prosecutor misconduct for which that discovered misconduct was never punished. 

The Chicago Police Department now has an issue with torture and disappearing people in a secret location.  One of the officers involved in this criminal conspiracy was sent to Iraq so he could implement Chicago Police Department torture techniques on Iraqi prisoners. In this instance domestic torture was exported as opposed to being imported as a result of war crimes committed overseas.

This writer has personally been a three-time victim of police perjury.  One instance I took a picture of a car crash and was charged with Resisting Arrest, Interfering with Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.  In this case my attorney asked police when I had become disorderly and the police testified that I became disorderly after they had arrested me.  The Court made mention questioning how the police could arrest someone for a crime they had not yet committed, but the prosecutor went forward with the case anyway just so it would cost thousands of dollars in a jury trial.  How do you arrest someone for Disorderly Conduct but claim the Disorderly Conduct occurred after having been arrested for it.

In another case I was arrested for Disorderly Conduct because my son’s wife, whom he was divorcing, obtained a ex parte protective order and had it mailed to herself so she could hide it.  After making a false police report she even later admitted she never told him about the protective order or gave it to him in a sworn affidavit after having been caught in a lie about texting him notice as text messages are retreivable.  Because I was with my son at his home when she called the police, the police decided to arrest me for Disorderly Conduct again. When I refused to plead guilty to  Disorderly Conduct, four months later they charged me with Resisting Arrest, Interfering with Law Enforcement and Battery.  They maintained these false charges for 2 ½ years and then dropped all the charges three days before the trial.  When it was proven that the Protective Order was obstructed, purposely mailed to the petitioner and then purposely hidden, the prosecutor, the police, the issuing court and the criminal court all refused to do anything about it while even maintaining and continuing their prosecution. In this instance Deputy Edgar Rodriguez drafted a Probable Cause Affidavit and sent it to Highland, Indiana’s Police Officer Lee Natelborg for signature. Natelborg admitted this in his deposition when asked what acts I had committed to be charged with all these crimes as he had no other basis other than to blame it on Deputy Prosecutor Edgar Rodriguez.

On another occasion Indiana’s Highland Police Detective Ralph Potesta wrote a false Probable Cause Affidavit claiming to have been on duty, claiming to have been dispatched and claiming  to have interviewed witnesses.  It ended up being proven in an external investigation that Detective Ralph Potesta was not on duty, was not dispatched and did not interview any witnesses.  Yet the Lake County Prosecutor Bernard Carter proceeded with a failed prosecution anyway.

Then, my 67-year-old mother-in-law, Sandra Koziol was attacked by a 19-year-old cocaine-addicted Nathaniel Carter.  He broke her arm, beat her unconscious and injured her neck so severely that she was forced to retire. The Lake County Prosecutor sent an attorney to tell her to drop charges.  When we attempted to determine if Nathaniel was related to Bernard Carter, he refused to comment.  The cause number was 45D09-0903-CM-00431.

Then my son was pulled over and he and all his friends were searched because the Highland Police Department claimed a car matching mine was driving over mailboxes.  When I asked to see the report of a car knocking over mailboxes, the Highland Police admitted they had none.

Then, Highland Police Department’s Officer Lee Natelborg ripped my car apart and searched my car and turned my son’s pockets inside out and dumped out his cigarettes.  Natelborg claimed my son was under the influence of narcotics on his police report, but then let my son go and watched him drive away.  He was so stupid that he never gave a sobriety test and let my son drive away but stupidly tried to hide his illegal search inside a false police report claiming my son was on narcotics.  When asked to reconcile this and asked how such a mistake could be allowed, Police Chief Pete Hojnicki stated, “Don’t bother me.”

I can name about another dozen instances of police and prosecutor harassment my family that I have experienced and been the victim of, and nobody would do a thing about it.  At first I thought it was just happening to me, but I soon discovered there were thousands of people who were being abused, beat, tortured, murdered and intentionally being wrongly convicted and imprisoned because of cops’ and prosecutors’ egos, opportunity for enrichment and personal ambition.

I was so mad at the injustices I had suffered that I wanted revolution.  I wanted cops to be killed.  I wanted police assassinations.  I wanted judges and prosecutors to be tortured and hung for treason.  I wanted their families to suffer the way they wanted me and mine to suffer and the way they had made other innocents suffer.  I wanted to inflict upon them the injustices they so casually inflict upon others.  They simply feel entitled to cause whatever harm they need to inflict to protect their corrupt system. 

Then it hit me.  I had come to a conclusion as to what needed to be done that would end the tyranny we are placed under without a single shot being fired and a single person being harmed.  It was a process that provides and protects liberty, freedom and justice.  It is a means to ensure the innocent are not convicted or imprisoned.  It is a way to ensure accountability and force those who rule to once again need the consent of the American people and have to work for and earn that consent.

What Americans need to do is find all defendants innocent of all minor drug offenses. We need to find all citizens innocent of bogus crimes like Resisting Arrest, Interfering with Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.  We need to find all citizens innocent of minor speeding violations.  We need to quit believing the lies of the TSA, FBI, DEA, ATF, local police and all their functionaries.  We Americans have granted deference to the government far too long.  How many times do these idiots need to be caught in their lies before we wake up?  The police laugh at the harm they cause Americans.  They laugh at prison rape.  They laugh about police brutality, perjury and the legal costs they inflict upon Americans.

Now it is our turn to strike back.  I am asking that you post this manifesto everywhere.  I am asking that you look at and research the crimes committed against Americans by police and prosecutors and do something about it.  You can have the justice you want.  You can be the justice other American need. You can change the system.  You can destroy their criminal racket. You can do all this and it won’t cost you a penny.

When serving on a jury, vote “NOT GUILTY” for minor battery cases in which a small fight broke, nobody was hurt, but the cops decided to side with one party.  Vote “Not Guilty” for all minor drug offenses that only involve possession and use.  Vote “Not Guilty” for all the catch-all offenses cops use to screw with people who have committed no crime.  Vote “Not Guilty” for crimes that involve no injury to others and are victimless crimes.  Vote “Not Guilty” for crimes like Public Intoxication when someone is sleeping in the back seat of a car someone else is driving.  Vote “Not Guilty” when defendants testify that cops are lying about Probable Cause. 

Stop playing by their rules because they don’t even follow their rules.  They make up rules as they go along and violate Americans’ civil liberties on a daily basis.  We can end all of their abuse, tyranny, torture and murder.  We can find innocent those who oppose illegal entry by police.  We can find in favor of plaintiffs who sue police.  We can vote out all politicians who do not work to reform the system and hold the criminals in state-issued costumes and robes accountable.  The police bully and beat citizens and then claim they are in fear after charging someone falsely to hide their crimes of brutality.  You can end this.

All it takes is for YOU to make this article go viral.  Do the elite care about lying the nation into war and killing millions?  Do they care if the banks steal trillions of dollars?  Do they care that they are bankrupting the nation as they fatten their wallets?  The elite feel a sense of entitlement to do whatever they want if it fits their needs and agenda.  They will wage wars, assassinate presidents, shoot down airplanes, bomb buildings, drug smuggle, torture, falsely convict, wrongly imprison and frame innocents without a second thought and sleep perfectly fine every night.  If someone stands in the way of them wanting more wars, they will destabilize a country by funding fascist lunatics who murder thousands as they did in Ukraine.  There simply is no crime they feel they are not ENTITLED to commit and no right or liberty they cannot violate. So, why do we stand by and continue to support a system that not only can no one fix, but that nobody even cares to fix?  We have become the victim of illegal spying, torture, false charges, unjust imprisonment and even murder.  We are subject to a corrupt and tyrannical justice system that provides little justice but instead serves as a weapon to hold Americans under the heel of corporate and government tyranny.

It is clear that the police, judges and prosecutors want no accountability, no oversight, and absolute authority and immunity.  To begin striking back is not only the right thing to do, it is your duty as an American to protect your fellow citizens from a system that has become so corrupt. 

The corruption in the legal process through the interpretation of laws by corrupt judges seeking to promote and maintain their tyranny fills hundreds of books.  Police perjury, brutality, and murder of innocents choke the internet and Youtube.  The abuse by prosecutors is a crime that occurs hundreds of times each day across America.  We can stop it by showing them we will not allow Americans to continue to be subject to their arsenal of tyrannies.  You can be an important part of this movement.  You can do it by merely helping in build this network and helping this article go viral.  You owe it to all the Americans who have suffered under these past tyrannies as you had previously done nothing and sat idle.

I am asking you to join the Coalition of Innocent Victims of Government Tyranny.  Pledge to help flood social media.  Be the justice you want.  Be a provider of liberty and freedom.  Be the crusher of tyranny and criminal rackets. Be the savior of those whom the government has chosen to unjustly persecute!

I will continue to post on here cases of unbelievable injustice so you will know and remember why we all need you and your help.  Don’t listen to the lies of the elite.  The jury is the fourth branch of government and places you above government and law.  The only justification you have to give a judge for voting “Not Guilty” is that you did not believe the prosecution.  Be a hero.  Be a check on a corrupt system.  Help tame the system and force legislators and judges to begin to fix the system.  They will abuse the system as much as you allow.  This is your chance to force accountability.  The solution is as simple as your deciding to quit playing their game! 

They will say you are being lawless and promoting anarchy, but the ball will be in their court.  All they have to do to re-enlist your support is to stop the tyranny and corruption and create a system in which both police and prosecutors are held responsible for what are clearly and plainly unjustifiable criminal acts, tyranny and oppression.

Your enacting these measures will bring about change immediately.  You will see changes take place tomorrow.  Politicians will begin enacting laws within a week and corrupt and unaccountable judges, prosecutors and police will begin wringing their hands before their next payday. 

Consider how the Courts try to hide the crimes of police.  You can’t even find a case through the court clerk’s office by offense type or name. They do this so that citizens cannot research previous cases and file motions on their own behalf.  They do this so that people cannot see the crimes of government.  They do this so that people will remain victims of their parochial interests.

I have searched my heart for a way to bring change and a method to help the innocent.  I was close to advocating and engaging in violence.  We Americans have allowed a corporation whose agents are all NSA and CIA, namely Booze Allen, to and plan assassinations, computer crimes, bombings, illegal spying, that includes both personal and industrial spying and espionage, and then allowed the government to imprison Barrett Brown for ten years because he posted a hyperlink to a website that contained information about their criminal corporation run by government goons who believe they are above the law.  Why do Americans continue to do stupid stuff like this on behalf of government?

The links I am placing below will take you to an endless supply of stories covering the most heinous crimes of what has become a criminal syndicate.  Please review them so that you know the truth of my indictment and the need for your heroic actions.  You can literally create a new reality.  It just takes a little time to educate yourself and begin changing a corrupt system by having faith in your righteousness and faith in your power to be an agent of change.  The solution is right in front of you.  Post the link!

Once we see we can win, there will be no end to our winning and what we can achieve.  We will have the elite on the run.  We will defeat their tyranny.  We can begin enforcing accountability.  We can end their criminality.  We can have peace and justice.  We can end their war rackets, protection rackets and economic rackets.  We can get prosecutors who will prosecute their crimes.  The victory is ensured and will be absolute.  It is inevitable if we attack this problem as I have suggested.  There will be no way for us to lose or for them to win! Lysander Spooner’s “Trial By Jury”

If the government may dictate to the jury what laws they are to enforce, it is no longer a ” trial by the country,” but a trial by the government; because the jury then try the accused, not by any standard of their own – not by their own judgments of their rightful liberties – but by a standard. dictated to them by the government. And the standard, thus dictated by the government, becomes the measure of the people’s liberties. If the government dictate the standard of trial, it of course dictates the results of the trial. And such a trial is no trial by the country, but only a trial by the government; and in it the government determines what are its own powers over the people, instead of the people’s determining what are their own liberties against the government. In short, if the jury have no right to judge of the justice of a law of the government, they plainly can do nothing to protect the people against the oppressions of the government; for there are no oppressions which the government may not authorize by law.

The jury are also to judge whether the laws are rightly expounded to them by the court. Unless they judge on this point, they do nothing to protect their liberties against the oppressions that are capable of being practiced under cover of a corrupt exposition of the laws. If the judiciary can authoritatively dictate to a jury any exposition of the law, they can dictate to them the law itself, and such laws as they please; because laws are, in practice, one thing or another, according as they are expounded.  -Lysander Spooner
