★ MUST SEE! PROOF! ★ FACTS and LIES. Phillip White KILLED by Vineland Police Officers and K-9 Dog

The #WalterScott case is the answer to #JusticeForPhillipWhite… That tagline is the trending theme to signify the correlation between the tragic killing of Walter Scott and how that relates to the recent death of Phillip White. On March 31, 2015 Phillip White was tragically assaulted by Vineland, NJ Police K-9 Officer Louis Platania and Officer Rich Janasiak. What started out as a service call for a possible disorderly persons violation has resulted in, yet another, tragic death at the hand of law enforcement in Cumberland County. The question still remains whether Phillip White died with his HANDS UP right there on the ground or on the way to the hospital. We just know, from the raw footage, that we never see Phillip White move again after being beaten by Vineland Police Officers and mauled by their K-9.

Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-Mcrae has refused to give any additional details, besides a written statement showing favoritism towards the arresting officers. While most of us that look at these cases, understand that the way Jennifer Webb-Mcrae handled this situation is standard protocol, we do not condone the favoritism and insensitivity implied by that favoritism. The Vineland Police Department’s Attorney Stuart Alterman, has also joined the bandwagon of defamation by releasing inaccurate officer-supporting information to local media outlet NBC 10 Philadelphia News. The statements that Phillip died at his own hands and that officers never punched the victim were clearly proven untrue and completely fabricated by video taken from concerned bystanders. 

If this video is any indication of were we are headed as a society, we are in trouble. If Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-Mcrae does not press official charges against these officers, clearly operating outside of the code of conduct, then this case has the potential to set a new precedent in the policies of policing in America. What are we telling our fellow community members if we allow an unresistant and semi-conscious man to be maliciously beaten and simultaneously attacked by a trained police dog? Is this the new acceptable “norm” when it comes to the deployment of trained police dogs, i.e. biological weapons for police? How can we not only stop these tragic deaths at the hands of rogue police officers, but also prosecute them accordingly without them investigating themselves?

All valid questions… They all require game-changing answers. It’s incumbent on us, the general public, to seek out those answers… Answers to today’s problems plagued by yesterday’s stereotypes and practices, that will create a more safe and secure environment for ALL humans… Not just a select few. It all starts with issues of equality like this. Phillip White had the Right to a jury IF he committed a crime. Phillip White had the Right to be decently and humanely treated without being lied on. Phillip White had the Right to live his life… Unfortunately, all of those Rights were stolen when Vinland Police Officers decided to break protocol and cause more harm than good to a man simply in need of medical attention.
