Pond’s Institute Celebrates 20 Years of Revolutionary Skin Care

Last Friday, I was invited to celebrate Pond’s 20 Years of skincare innovation. It was held in SM Mall of Asia Atrium. I seriously thought that they had a bigger venue but the booth was just enough to showcase Pond’s products as well as the little stations where you can do you an electronic skin analysis as well as a facial area where you can try Pond’s products.

Cocktails were served while waiting for the event to start. There were notable guests and brand ambassadors as well. They put up the posters of Pond’s girls and their innovation through the years.

I was able to witness Pond’s evolution from facial wash up until their new products: Age Miracle, Flawless White and Gold Radiance. It was a simple yet informative event where you get to know the history of the brand. I also get to hear testimonials from Pond’s girls and brand ambassadors. Rissa Mananquil-Trillo, supermodel, shares that even though she’s pregnant, she still uses Pond’s products because she really went to Pond’s Institute and ask if it’s safe. She was very happy to know that Pond’s doesn’t contain any harmful ingredient for the unborn child so she continually uses it. It was a new information for me too and I guess for some who didn’t know more about the product.

After the event, Jacque Yuengtian, brand manager of Pond’s was also interviewed by TV5 and I think she invited viewers to check out Pond’s Institute Manila.

Of course, I didn’t miss any opportunity of having my picture taken with the supermodel brand ambassadors, Tweetie De Leon and Rissa Manangquil.

And my girl crush since her J&J commercial, Nicole Hernandez-delos Angeles.
