Pat Quinn For Illinois Governor Election Results Race 2010 Fighting Along With Bill Brady For Election

Chicago, Il – Only in Illinois.  A classic chaotic Chicago Political scene is shaping up this morning with both party’s Governor Nominations up for grabs. 

Pat Quinn is leading his rival Dan Hynes in the Democratic Illinois for Governor election results by a razor thin margin of 7,000 votes with 99% of the precincts reporting.  Pat Quinn has claimed victory while his opponent has hinted at a possible recount.  After the bitter campaign Dan Hynes has steadfastly refused to concede.

The Illinois Governor Race in 2010 could not be more exciting.  The Illinois Governor Candidates have provided much political theatre during this mid winter Primary.

Pat Quinn   451,702 Votes

Dan Hynes  444,500 Votes

On the Republican side it is more of the same with an even closer tally.  In an absolutely stunning election result Bill Brady is hanging onto the lead by a mere 500 votes with 99% of Precincts reporting.

The Illinois For Senate Election results have Bill Brady and Kirk Dillard separated by a fraction of the vote.  Andy McKenna has not conceded as of this morning as he is only 8,000 votes behind the two front runners.

Bill Brady    154,646 Votes

Kirk Dillard   154,143 Votes

Andy McKenna 146,614 Votes

The Illinois for Governor Election will rage on at least another day.
